This hostel was very spacious and clean! We were very pleasantly surprised by how many amenities there were especially for a hostel in a big city. We felt safe and taken care of - it’s in a quiet part of the city and close to metro which was a plus. Lisa at reception was also very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this location on 88th. Super easy to get from the hostel into the heart of Manhattan. Super friendly and helpful staff and generally a vibe that makes you feel at home. The stairs up to the rooms are pretty steep so it's good to be mindful if you struggle with that sort of thing.

This was my first hostel stay and it greatly exceeded my expectations! We stayed in the 10 person shared room with one bathroom and it was great. The room was packed but we never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bathroom. Both the guests and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The hostel hosted multiple social events during our short stay. The place overall was very welcoming and clean. The separation between the lounge area and bedrooms was great. Would definitely recommend to any traveler!

It's a good chill hostel. The location is quite good, very close to the subway and right next to Central Park. The common room is nice too. The bathrooms were clean, but I was missing some privacy curtains by the beds (you're fully exposed to the room) and a hand towel in the bathroom to share.

The people working here are so nice and will help you with pleasure if you have any questions or if you want any tips for your trip. |The hostel is really clean and the common areas are wery pleasant. You will meet people from all around the world who will be pleased to visit the city with you.|I went there alone but ended visiting the city with new people every days.|Higly recommand this hostel if you want to meet other travelers !|The hostel is 2 min by feet from the Subway

This place is wonderful. I loved everything about it. It had a genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere. I don’t want to say anything negative about it at all, but I will say if anyone has knee pain, you may want to mention that to someone before arrival because you may have to walk up four flights of stairs to get to your room. I will be recommending this hostel to everyone I know and will 100% return if I ever make it back to New York.

The ambience is exactly what travellers and backpackers can enjoy. A beautiful stay right next to Central Park. It reminded me a lot of plenty of hostels in Europe, where I backpacked recently. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were clean and nicely decorated. And my fellow travellers were super nice! Definitely recommended!
