I was in Indy on business and staying at the Intercontinental made the trip. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, but it was the exceptional service from the staff that really stood out - always smiling, kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The check-in process was seamless and efficient and set the tone.

The hotel itself is amazing - modern luxury with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to hang out. The open-air rooftop bar was a definite highlight overlooking Monument Circle, and the food at Serliana was exceptional. I also unexpectedly enjoyed the Indy themed artwork throughout the hotel which added a unique touch.

It’s the kind of place my wife would absolutely love, making it perfect for her to tag along on my next business trip or a weekend escape or staycation.

I enjoyed my stay so much, I had to come back for my birthday!!! I arrived to Champaign and chocolate and fresh fruit!!! Their Staff is amazing and so welcoming!!! The detail given to my birthday and amenities is impeccable. We fell in love with the Conair steamer they had in our room…my Husband ordered one immediately!!! We are already planning a stay in June for the Indy Nite Ride. Beautiful and elegant hotel!

Loved this place! From the stunning architecture to the top-notch service, the prime location to the carefully curated cocktails at the lobby bar—everything was exceptional. And the rooftop views? Absolutely breathtaking. A solid 5 stars all around. I know this place just opened, but I truly hope you keep up the great work for years to come.

(My sprinkler covering fell off and the room service put hot combs that were still hot on a towel - but they cleaned the room BEAUTIFULLY. I had very long nights and early mornings for a conference So was wonderful to come home to a peaceful setting. These two items I believe are just kinks that come with a brand new opening.)

I was wholeheartedly impressed by the Intercontinental Indianapolis. Even arriving at 9PM at night, the doormen downstairs were cheery as were the receptionists at the front desk. My diamond membership was acknowledged and there was a wonderful welcome amenity of a basket of fruit including berries, apples, grapes, and bananas as well as a large bottle of San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. Really, really impressive for a US based hotel. The gym was more than adequate for a wonderful workout and the Byredo products are my favorite. I really hope that the staff remain as excited about this hotel for years to come. It's rare that I see a US hotel try so hard when it comes to service and loyalty recognition. Bravo!

Awesome experience staying there for opening weekend. Was impressed overall with the hotel. Service was off the charts as everyone was very helpful and happy to assist with whatever we needed. King Premium room was chic with a fresh feel. It can be loud at night if you are going to bed early being so close to Monument Circle. Had breakfast at Serliana and would highly recommend that if you are staying the night there. Several parking garages nearby or valet for $65. Astrea would be great vantage point for a big event at Monument Circe.

From the time we walked through the door, you can tell the new Intercontinental wants to be the best luxury hotel in Indianapolis! We went to the bars on the 2nd and 11th rooftop bar last weekend. Had such a great experience decided to stay Friday night at the hotel. We have stayed at the InterContinental in Chicago many times and love it there. Since we are Ambassador members was upgraded to the king suite. Brand new of course and amazing. Everything well thought out. Decore is great everywhere. Service is top notch 5 star for sure. From the time you walk through the door you know it's going to be special. Shout out to Cory the bartender on the 2nd floor bar. Both times we have been he has been great to interact with. Dennis checked us in and was very helpful. Charles also very friendly and made our stay great. After a few drinks at the 2nd floor bsr went back to our room to freshen up to go to the rooftop bar. Was greeted with this amazing fruit platter and hand written card in our room. It's hard to believe we have a brand new Intercontinental in Indy. Between this and the Pendry in Chicago, easily the 2 best hotels we have ever been too! Great job here in Indy!

In a word, this newer hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous rooms, friendly staff, etc. BUT...Breakfast was an ordeal. Ordering off the menu, it took over an hour to get served. And the order was incorrect. There weren't many guests eating along with us, but it was clear there were issues in the kitchen. Whether they got slammed on room service or what, having to wait that long was awful. Suggestion....move this to a buffet option. Much easier to manage for guests and staff. Other wise, great comfortable stay!

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the valet folks, to the bar and food staff. Food and drinks were great quality. Room and hotel was so chic and beautiful and was in a great central location to walk to restaurants and shops. Would love to return for another visit.
