This is a great addition to the options available in Chino valley. However, the beer was not great. The food was also not great. I hate to give it a 3 because I don't want to discourage people from visiting, but I have to be honest.

The nachos had about 3 black beans. A can of black beans is $0.69. The hot pretzels had a really nice BBQ mustard sauce that was really good. They could take that sauce and do some good things.

The beer was average. The service was awesome. Shout-out to the owners wife for being so nice and helpful.

Great place I "accidently" discovered on a visit to Chino Valley. Loved the hefe! Met the owner Robert and he seemed like a great guy - obviously passionate about his brewing and food. I brought my friends back and they loved the place too. Bought 2 growlers to take back to Phx with me.

When I get back up to C.V. next month, I'll bring my beer buddy from Ft. Collins CO to enjoy some great brew and food.

Thank you Ray and staff! I highly recommend Insurgent Brewing if you are in the area. πŸ‘

Waitress was great, name was Hailey I think. Food sucks beer is good. Very stingy on their portions. Paid for their nachos and it is 90% chips. We paid extra for Pork and received what you see in the picture. When asked about the low portion for paying extra they said it pre portioned and won’t fix it. Welp you lost customers for life and whoever I can tell not to buy food there.

Food was good, I gave it 3 stars for the beer. I sampled the Nitro. It's a 3 as far as Stouts go. I had a glass of the Infidel. I posted a 2.5 on Untapped. The rest of the guys in our party thought the same.
Food was good, service was amazing. Beer is okay.

Very friendly staff & excellent food. If you like "craft beers," this is the place for you. I would like to have seen them do a Pilsner, but most were Ales and/or IPAs. Not my type of beer unfortunately, but I'm sure it works for many.
