We booked Inspired catering by Kravitz for our wedding which happened yesterday at the Fellows Riverside Gardens. Everything was delicious and so happy that we have leftovers because we couldn’t get enough of that tortellini in a white vodka sauce. Our appetizers were gone pretty quickly for the cocktail hour! Thank you so much to Pat and her crew. Our tummy were full and everyone was happy.

Booked a taste testing with them due to being booked into a contract with them for the reception hall we wanted for our wedding. She forgot about us and ignored us the entire time, despite us calling and booking A MONTH in advance. We had to ask for things the other guests had (the pricing sheet). Patty never spoke to us other than to tell us “she always forgets someone”. She ignored us when we had questions and walked past us to go to different guests. We had to physically step in front of her to get her attention to pay to leave. She proceeded to print us a receipt and wave it at us. Thankfully her niece (who was very sweet) saw and walked it over to us and told us to have a good day. Her niece was the only one who acknowledged us the entire time (truthfully she should be the one in charge). I reached out to the venue and asked if I had to go through this company and they said yes, then put me in contact with Patty. She called me but I was at work, so I sent her an email and never heard back from her. She’s hard to get ahold of because they never answer the phone or apparently read their emails. We ended up canceling the reception hall because I cannot and will not have someone cater my event who is unreliable and unreachable. I’m not normally one to complain either but this experience was totally crazy to me. The fact I had to pay $25 per person for a taste testing where I was ignored is CRAZY. I could have been treated better at a McDonald’s drive through.

Booked for our wedding at Fellows Riverside Garden. Food was amazing and delicious staff was great to work with! Still have guests complimenting our food!
We did the mashed potato bar and it was a hit! Everyone loved the idea!

Along with catering we also hired Patty to be our day off coordinator and she blew it out of the park! Without her I don’t think everything would have went as smoothly as it did! She handled everything extremely professionally and continued to make sure we were having the best day!

Inspired Catering provided a tasty meal that everyone in attendance loved. They also made suggestions for table layout and helped with morning setup!
I will say, they were amazing day-of, however it took about three months for me to hear back from them during the planning phase, even reaching out multiple times. Their prices are also not necessarily what are displayed on the website, and will change so be sure to double check the invoice! The guests enjoyed the food and I appreciate that they packed up all the leftover food and cake and were pleasant on our wedding day.

We had a terrible experience with them. We had to book with them due to their exclusive contract but if we could've chosen differently we would've. The food wasn't terrible but not great either. Patty was truly terrible to work with she told us we could schedule a tasting and after multiple attempts to schedule it she said "she didn't have time for that" and told us to call and schedule with someone else. She constantly canceled services without permission then got irritated when we corrected her and made her rebook the services. She took WEEKS to respond no matter how many times she reached out. My mother in law had to call up there because Patty wasn't responding to us. Deb was wonderful unlike Patty. Patty took weeks and multiple emails just to send us the colors of napkins and tablecloths to chose because she didn't let us pick them out instore. Then she had the nerve to call us 6 days before our wedding to try and get more money out of us by trying to get us to book more services with them after us telling her multiple times we didn't want to.

We booked Inspired Catering by Kravitz for my daughter's wedding. The food was delicious, the bartender was great. The entire team was amazing! I would recommend them without question!

If I could leave zero stars I would. While the food the day of was good, every single interaction we had with Inspired by Kravitz was as much joy as having teeth pulled without anesthesia. Not only did they lack any communication skills, they also gave us issues on the day of when it came to table cloths, vegan meals and cake cutting. All those things were an upcharge that we were willing to pay and had been arranged well in advance only for them to be completely unprofessional the day of our wedding. In the end, our cake wasn’t cut, we had to take time to point out the people with vegan requests even though they knew the info already, and they got in an argument over a table cloth with the mother of the bride even though we had specified how many we needed! On top of all that, the bartender they provided was rude to several of our guests and also myself. If they didn’t automatically charge us for the gratuity you can guarantee that they wouldn’t have gotten a good tip from me. It’s truly a shame that the wonderful venue that we booked has an exclusive contract with Kravitz otherwise we would’ve looked elsewhere long ago. It was truly a displeasure working with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Food was alright but it was truly a displeasure to have Inspired by Kravitz as our wedding caterer. Only reason we used them was they have an exclusive contract with the wedding venue. Patty (the manager) was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. She acted like every interaction with her was an inconvenience, even when we were making payments. After telling us we could have a private tasting when we initially booked, when we followed up we were told we had to attend the group tasting and did not get a chance to taste what we wanted, as promised.

Additionally, we routinely tried to contact Patty via email & phone to schedule tastings & payments, but they were non-responsive (a couple times more than a couple weeks)
and only consistently heard back from them through the wedding venue staff. Despite earlier discussions and agreeing to accommodate guests with allergies, Patty refused to provide accommodations for all allergies.

After all the stress of dealing with them before the actual wedding, they also caused significant stress on the wedding day. Despite charging us for linens and us providing the amount of tables we had ahead of time, Patty attempted to refuse to provide table cloths for all tables, and said there weren’t enough table cloths available, despite a staff member standing by with an available tablecloth. Finally, we paid a cake cutting fee and Patty refused to cut our cake despite many requests to do so. Avoid this company at all costs.

TLDR: 0/10. Patty is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and inconsistent.
