I had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse! It is beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable. I was looking for a bit of peace and quiet, and truly found it here. Enjoyed watching deer grazing in the meadow and forest next to the house each morning and evening. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfy, and no detail is overlooked. The farm fresh goods for breakfast each morning were a welcome touch! It is about a 15 minute drive to McMinnville and an hour from the coast. I went all over the Willamette area and this was the perfect home base. I also did a farm tour and walked over to the Inn to see the grounds and facilities there, all of which were beautiful…the architecture, design, finishes and attention to detail were all gorgeous. The vision and execution of what Brenda and her team have created with the Ground, Tabla Rasa Farm, Humble Spirit and more is truly inspiring. I hope to return for another stay soon! Thank you to the Inn the Ground team for the hospitality!

Stayed here for a birthday weekend celebration, and everything was magical! The staff here are all welcoming, helpful, and super responsive to questions, and every little detail of the main and private rooms are luxurious. Being surrounded by quiet nature was definitely rejuvenating, and the proximity to delicious farm-to-table food + wineries everywhere is unmatched!

This is one of the coolest luxury B&Bs Ive ever stayed in and a MUST visit when in the Willamette Valley. It was the perfect home base for exploring wine country. I stayed in the winter so the wildflowers weren't blooming yet but even then, it was absolutely stunning. Plus, the eggs were the best Ive ever had. A perfect, quiet, beautiful stay. I cant wait to go back!

The Ground in the beautiful Willamette Valley is nothing short of magical. Frank and Brenda are incredible visionaries and devoted stewards of this stunning property, constantly evolving and expanding their sustainable farming practices that go straight from the land to your plate at their lovely restaurant, Humble Spirit.

We had the pleasure of touring the property with Grace, who gave us a glimpse inside their vision and the beautiful property they continue to grow bit by bit—from their lovely farm animals, their wellness facility, to the carefully crafted trails that wind through the 400-acre property. These trails lead you through dense forest to ancient oaks and tranquil water ponds that they worked hard to acquire to nourish the land.

We stayed at the Yamhill House, right next to their Source Farmstand and it was absolutely perfect. Falling asleep to the serenade of frogs and waking up to the peaceful view of hazelnut fields and vineyards felt like a dream.

The hospitality was unmatched, and the farm-to-table dining at Humble Spirit was simply unforgettable. From the warm, welcoming staff to the thoughtfully crafted dishes, every detail made us fall in love with this part of Oregon. To say we’ll be back soon is an understatement—we can’t wait to return and explore even more of this incredible place.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Inn the Ground. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the countryside. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and we will return on our next visit to Oregon wine country!

Upon arrival at Inn the Ground my husband and I felt a sense of calm and peacefulness. Each staff member is warm, friendly and welcoming. The spectacular view features Mt. Hood and beautiful sunrises. Deer and farm animals graze the pastures surrounding The Inn. There are multiple walking trails to choose from for exploring the area. The full breakfast is delicious and cookies and assorted popcorn are available in the evening.

This is a beautiful property with large rooms and a wonderful breakfast included. It was so nice to have extra blankets to curl up on the couch with. We wish we could have tried out the fire pit outside, but the rain kept us indoors. Highly recommend this as a splurge for your trip.
