Moved from 5 to 4 stars. Came in for a beyond burger for my vegan friend. But, they had run out of these burgers that last for months in the freezer. Can a vegan eat here reliably? I love this place

Great place, food, prices, people and location.

There's a reason this place is a staple in town for locals.

Whatever you want, they will try to satisfy. The waitress I had today was warm, friendly and a great listener. The owner was equally helpful, stopping by twice and was there to ring us up.

I think they refilled my coffee at least 3 times but must have asked 6 😁

When I ordered I knew what I wanted and started to give an ingredient list. The waitress stopped me two or three items in and pointed to just what I was ordering, already on the menu!

They refilled our water 2 or 3 times without us ever asking too.

You get more than what you paid for here. My new #1 spot for breakfast.

After we got our food the waitress came over like 3 times to check on us. We felt a bit rushed and it interrupted our conversation. It's good to checked on, but there's a balance. The last check-in she printed our Bill. Guess it was time to go.... food was good. My son said his chocolate chip pancakes were great.

Went today on April 7th for breakfast was placed at a table quickly. I had a party of two and we were placed at the table without menus or water. After sitting there for 15mins. I got up and asked a waitress walking pass if we can have a menu. She apologize for the wait and came right over to bring menus and take our order. 15mins went pass and she brought out coffee and drinks. One 1 hr passed and we watched people who came in after us receive food and our food still didn't come out. 2nd cup of coffee and 3 mimosa in still no food. We stop the waitress again and she apologize again and went to the kitchen to see what the delay was. She came back to the table and explain that cook ran out of receipt paper when printing out are ticket for order and never made our order. 2hrs in now she explain he was making are order now. When she brought out are food it was not only 2 hrs after sitting down but also cold we ask for boxes to go. Nothing was done for mistake of the waitress and the cook for our delay. I will never come back again. Food cold, a 2 hr wait after sitting at the table ,order taken and terrible service.

My first time visiting under new ownership - who came on board in 2023. The food is quite good. I had a tasty veggie omlet, home fries and toast. Portions were reasonable (I am a big eater, and I prefer quality over quantity). Home fries were great - rough chopped russet potatoes, skillfully cooked, not at all greasy, nothing too crispy. It was quiet when I visited (7AM on a Tuesday), and great to see the owner delivering food, interacting with customers. Bottom line: Highly recommended.

It was our first time checking the Inn On Coventry out today. I will say that I still have no idea who our server was because no server ever came to our table to take our order. I had to go to the gentleman (who was extremely nice and thank goodness for him!) at the front to say that it had been almost 30 minutes of sitting without anyone taking our order. He took it upon himself to come over and take our order because they were pretty busy. However, the 4 top that was seated after our four top and the four top that was seated just before us all had been waited on in an appropriate amount of time while we were left sitting.

The food was pretty good. My stepson really enjoyed his Rueben and the sausage and biscuits were good. I enjoyed the mimosas!

I think this is a one and done for our family as there are many other places in the area that offer similar food.

What happened? For decades this was our go to Sunday brunch. Haven't been in a bit, but it was convenient. I guess they must be under new ownership. They were nice enough, but in general service was awkward. Food was not great. It was certainly not the worst, but..... Anyhow, hate to say it but it's not what it was. I'd go in a pinch, but it won't be a primary choice.

BEWARE OF ITEMS IN YOUR FOOD!! My co-worker placed an order for us in-store and waited over an hour for our food just to say they were out of pancakes. They had to refund them for the pancakes and then continued to wait for our order. The atmosphere was TERRIBLE and UNINVITING. Definitely not the previous owners! The customer service is awful. Once we got our order, this was the result… to say the least the Better Business Bureau and the health department was contacted and an investigation was started. I called and spoke to the owner and all he did was apologize and tell us to throw it out. He took my info and said he would call but 30 minutes later no call!

Came here a couple days ago with a friend of mine after working night shift, and I definitely don't regret it! I got the Irish Benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious! As far as ambiance and environment, the restaurant did feel a bit cramped, but it certainly wasn't a huge deal. I would definitely come back to try their other flavors of pancakes!
