One of the most charming places I have ever stayed! Beautifully redesigned but still holds on to the charm of a quint small town inn. We loved being so close to the downtown area of chagrin falls. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly!

We had an incredible time at the Princess Overnight Slumber Party at the Inn of Chagrin! Molly and team were amazing! The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and perfect! The little princesses had a blast running around, playing games, and participating and princess themed activities! I cannot wait to stay at the Inn again soon and look forward to the next Princess Party!

We recently stayed at Chagrin Inn in Room 1, and unfortunately, the quality of the room has seen better days. Whoever was hired for the remodeling should never do tile or flooring work again.

First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Under the bed, we found what seemed like five years’ worth of dust. After accidentally dropping my wallet under there, I half expected to find dinosaur bones. The floor is in dire need of replacement, and the bed appears to have been reinforced with a makeshift metal bracket and screws—some of which weren’t even fully secured, posing a potential injury risk. The mattress was decent, but that’s about the only positive.

The bathroom was another disappointment. The tile work was poorly done, and the cleanliness was subpar. The towels were worn out, and the grout around the tiles desperately needs replacing. The sofa had yellow stains, making me wonder if a cat had been left loose in the room.

As for breakfast, calling it that is a stretch. It was stale, and the tea pot was broken. At $325 per night, this stay was nowhere near worth the price—more like a $65 budget motel experience. The location is nice, but I fail to understand the hype behind the glowing 5-star reviews. We won’t be staying here again unless they do a serious update, invest in better quality furnishings, and improve their overall maintenance.

The Inn of Chagrin is an absolute MUST-STAY if you’re in Chagrin Falls. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms are absolutely adorable! I stayed in the Siriano Suite the night before my wedding and it could not have been more perfect. Molly went above and beyond for me and my family and even gave me a personalized gift upon my arrival. I had 10 of my bridesmaids come the morning of to get ready and it was absolutely perfect! The Inn is located in the heart of Chagrin Falls so it’s close to everything and it’s connected to the cutest cocktail bar, M Bevy, which is super convenient. I could not be happier with my overall experience at the Inn and I already can’t wait for my next stay!

We had the absolute best stay at the inn!! We stayed in the Christmas room around the holidays with our toddler. The room was quirky and festive and there were surprises of cheer around every corner!! The staff was amazing! Everyone at the front desk was helpful, friendly and accommodating. They even got some special food for my dietary restrictions so I could enjoy breakfast and the hot cocoa bar!! A step above!!! Linda was there for our check in and checkout and was so sweet with our little guy! She was friendly and thoughtful in helping us make some wonderful memories! The location is unbeatable. We can’t wait to go back for our annual holiday traditions!!

Everybody at the chagrin inn is amazing. Linda , Maggie and Sabrina Were so very kind. The housekeepers and everyone we encountered were very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful. The town is sweet and magical. We love staying here and we can’t wait for our next visit.

We have stayed there twice and both times were 5 star! Easy parking, easy check in, clean property, friendly staff, fabulous rooms. Location can’t be beat - walking distance to everything in the village. M Bevy is attached as is JoJo’s - didn’t even have to bring my coat to dinner! It’s nice that you can order M Italian as room service too if you want to stay in and enjoy the cozy yet posh suites!!

Lovely town that we come to at least once a year. Have not stayed in town since the old Gamekeepers Tavern closed.

We were a bit disappointed in the Inn. Booked a king room with a fireplace and when we got back for the night (20 degrees outside) the fireplace did not work. Person at the front desk told us they would contact the owner and we would get a text if the fireplace could be looked at. Never heard from anyone.
The room was nice but in need of basic upgrades. The bathroom vanity looked to be from Lowe’s and had water damage under it and was beat up.
For almost $400, I expect things to function in the room and look like a high end inn.

Went down for coffee and they had run out. Waited ten minutes and a new carafe came out. During breakfast, it ran out again and had to wait again.

The poor lady at the front desk was also in charge of making coffee and stocking the breakfast area. One person can’t do this on a busy weekend.

Bed was comfortable and the public areas were quaint. Bring a sound machine as you can hear anyone in the hallway or surrounding rooms.

We would probably not stay here again due to the price of the room.
