We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Our suite was extremely clean. Although it took time for our room to warm up, it was totally worth it. What a beautiful building! Would love to stay here again if given the chance.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. First time we were inbound back in 2021 and stayed in a kind of Studio apartment type room which was fine since it was maybe a few days if I remember correctly (this was three years before we outbound). It had a queen bed, sofa small kitchen and a decent bathroom. I don’t remember anything to bad about it outside of being old and the internet was iffy.||The second time was when we’re outbound. This time in 2024 we had 2bd 1 bath with living room and small kitchen. We were so exhausted when we checked in we didn’t notice certain things until like late the next day. The things we found was mold on the bedroom vents and apparently at least one bed was obviously wasn’t changed because there were stains, which if we had noticed in the morning we would of had the room service and not had the shh sign up for because our kids are homeschooled and we’re doing schoolwork. The next day we made sure that the sign shh that is an order wasn’t out. We went out and counted to do more outbound stuff(example final inspection of base housing) and when we returned a little after 6 we found the room the same and hadn’t been touched aka still dirty bedding. Went to the front desk and found out that they apparently ONLY service the rooms TWICE A WEEK 🤮🤢. This is an army training base and they often have families coming here for graduation so god knows how many people sleep on these dirty bedding before you. I understand these buildings are old barracks converted into a hotel but come on at least give actual clean bedding. The cooling system often makes loud noises when clicking off which it does often. The really sad part there are service members living in this building for training and their courses often are 6 months long so they have to live with these conditions for 6 months. |The positive the internet the second time wasn’t an issue which was good with our kids schooling not being a traditional brick and mortar. They do serve breakfast which other IHG base hotels I haven’t seen offered not even the one Air Force base we stayed at.

3 star review for a 2 star hotel. I would have given it 4 stars, but the shower situation was the worst. If you like the movie "The Shining", you'll love this place. Stanley Kubrick would have been proud.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. For the price charged and given the fact that it is run by a commercial hotelier, attention to detail and quality wasn't there. We had a broken closet door, missing microwave turntable, missing door to the mini-fridge freezer, only 3 bath towels for a reservation with 4 people, no dish towels, no drying rack, only enough place settings for 3, no pots for the cooktop, 3 tvs but none of the remotes worked (1 had corroded batteries), and no base reference book in the room. We were from out of town, with no reference book, we asked the front desk about amenities on base since everything seemed closed by 1800 and all weekend. The front desk staff had no knowledge of base facility operating hours. On the plus side, they offered a decent breakfast, had a fitness room, and had J R Watkins shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

I so enjoyed staying at this hotel. It looked like barracks so I thought that was really cool! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They are affordable too. I enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of coffee looking at the view. Everything is close by.

A free continental breakfast is served Monday through Saturday . The hotel has comfortable beds and pillows but those come with several caveat starting with the air conditioning. You must make sure to not block the air deflectors with the curtains otherwise your room will not cool. Keep the curtains closed and stuff them behind the air deflectors otherwise the sunlight will warm the room up fast. The bathroom comes stocked with your basic needs: blow dryer, towels of course, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, plastic cups, soap, and small container of lotion. The room comes with ironing board and iron, a nice microwave and a good size refrigerator but small freezer along with a keurig coffee maker with three pods and two bags of tea. There is plenty of storage space. Outside of the room the hallways and elevators can get quite toasty. Laundry is located on the 6th floor with ice machines on the second, third and fifth floors. There is an outside patio gas grill with several tables and chairs to host a large party. And finally it's faster to take the stairways than wait on the crowded small elevators.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this facility. Rooms are either in a large tower-style building, or in one of the outlying buildings that offer 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. Buildings are older, but well maintained. Beds very comfortable and HVAC is good. Nice, comprehensive breakfast in the morning - to which you may have to walk or drive, depending on the building you are in. Would happily use again.
