There’s some good things about this hotel but mostly not so good . If you can’t sleep with ear plugs , then don’t stay here . It’s very noisy and a lot of kids slamming doors , screaming , running around . This hotel is probably find if you have young kids and don’t mind the noise . There’s also no restaurant at the hotel . There’s a few close by , and a lot of shopping close by as well .. the views are nice depending on what part of the hotel your room is at . Majority of the staff are very unfriendly and quite rude . The younger staff working the activity center are very sweet . The water does get hot instantly which is a plus . Towels are soft , bed comfortable. Rooms are very small and dated . There’s much nicer places to stay in Sedona . We won’t stay here again . Just not worth it .

This resort was REALLY lovely. We SO enjoyed our stay. The amenities were perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, rooms were super spacious, kitchen was convenient. We had two adjoining rooms and it was *chefs kiss*. Balcony overlooking the red rocks and mountains was fantastic.

First of all, the hotel is super clean and the rooms are dated but they make up for it in cleanliness. They seem to have a well -run housekeeping department. Overall, the experience was just okay. The Location is great, can't beat it. The views are stunning. Most of the balconies face either parking lots or nothing at all. The studios are strangely appointment. The front desk encouraged us to "find parking where we could." I got the feeling overall from the staff-they don't like tourists. Even the folks at the View coffee shop seemed annoyed guests were there.||We had a positive interaction with manager, Natalie, she was friendly and warm. Besides maybe one other business rep, Sedona seemed sick of tourists and annoyed. Especially at the Pinon Pointe.

A horrific stay! Serious management issues! We checked in and were offered to comeback for a “presentation” for a free stay. Major time share vibes there but we just ignored it and everything appeared to be all good with the unit. Shortly after trying to go to sleep, construction work began outside near by in other units on the property. Normally I can sleep through just about anything but it was so loud it was not possible. No sleep all night long. There was drilling of concrete, hammering, crashing of debris into steel dumpsters, and heavy machines running back and forth with backup beepers. Several times it sounded like a sledge hammer was hitting our walls. This was beyond insane. I cannot believe they allowed construction work to go on during sleeping hours. The manager must be new to the hospitality business. Who would think it’s ok to do construction work all night at a resort? The work continued all night long clear into the daylight where we were able to finally see what was actually being done. Manager made excuses. It ruined our whole stay and our first time visiting Sedona which we were very excited about. This is an expensive place. We would have had a better stay in our car!

This hotel is a great family-friendly option in Sedona. The location is great, it’s right next to Uptown Sedona, filled with lots of restaurants and stores. There are gorgeous views of the rocks from the hotel. The pool looks beautiful but it was closed while I was there, which was annoying as that wasn’t advertised anywhere. Overall, it’s a great choice though!

We had a great experience at Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe. Its location in the center of Uptown Sedona (bustling center of Sedona) was excellent and easily walkable to great restaurants and short drive to great hikes like Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. The views from the elevated pool deck and firepit were incredible! The pool was heated and the multiple hot tubs were clean and accessible, even over an uncharacteristically chilly Oct weekend. The activity center had fun crafts for kids and the gym, which I did not use but saw other guests use, seemed clean and good. |We had two studio room and the second floor one had a little bit of view but honestly, we were out on the property or out hiking for most of our stay. It is dark on property at night but flashlights were included and it's to encourage enjoying the night sky and stars! ||The only downside is parking at night can be hard to find, but even if it wasn't immediately in front of our building, it was just a short walk down the row. |The View Coffee Cafe, totally walkable, had great coffee drinks and breakfast food which makes up for the fact that there is dining options immediately on site. |We will definitely be back!

I booked a 2 bedroom suite thru Citi Travel 3 months in advance. 3 days before arrival my reservation was cancelled by the hotel. I was told via an email that "due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel is fully booked and, regrettably your reservation must be cancelled". I called the hotel and there were no unforeseen circumstances... they simple overbook and then force cancellations (like an airline). If you book with this hotel, you had better have a backup plan in case they randomly choose to cancel your reservation. Sorry... but I will no longer deal with this hotel or Citi Travel.

5 stars for location and views from the hotel. 2 stars for the customer service and amenities. Pool was closed during our entire stay. Hot tubs were closed for 2 days of our stay. Shower only got lukewarm. When you call the front desk to get things taken care of or ask questions, the staff is very rude. Non-working amenities and bad customer service are not typical of a high-end resort.
