Had the opportunity to stay at this Hyatt location for a work event. ||The hotel is very good at communicating, emails with intro to restaurant options, stores etc. very good customer service. ||The location is fantastic, being to walk out in river street is very cool. ||The room itself was pretty tired. I had a riverside view with two double beds. Awesome views, especially when the cargo ships go by. The bathroom is tiny, like hard to turn around… be careful turning the sink off and on as the knobs will bump into the mirror. ||The mattress was pretty rough… no memory foam, it was straight up dented… not great. ||Food was pretty good.

Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean and nice. Desk staff very kind. Coffee bar not so much. Staff did the bare minimum required. Handing me a muffin cold from the fridge not asking if I would like it warm or offering butter. The muffin was not bad but could have been so much better warm with a little butter. Valet at checkout was understaffed for a Sunday morning and while the valets were friendly it took a bit too long to get the car. All in all still a fun weekend but service was down a bit from what it was last year. I will still go back so nothing too off putting and the location is great.

Everything was top notch. We felt welcome by a nice email ahead of our trip from the GM, Todd. We also had a nice hand-written note in the room. The amenities as a globalist here are great including the welcome drink and drink and snack vouchers. Room was clean. Super friendly staff. PERFECT location. River view rocks big time

The check in process and valet was GREAT, they also met my standards with an early check in!! But after about 4 hours after checking in we noticed that the ac was not working good at all and the bathroom door was not closing or locking, we then mentioned something to one of the representative at the front desk and I felt that she had a attitude with me after the complaints I told her, I then asked for a room switch in which she stated that the hotel was booked for the night which was understandable with it being a Saturday night, well I then asked for a slight discount due to me paying so much ($380 for one night) and having two big issues. She then told me she was going to just send maintenance instead in which never happened, we stayed up all night sweating due to it being 75+ in the room all night. The hotel itself is great, but I feel by paying that much money for one night, I shouldn’t have any issues like that and if I did, I feel that they should have been accommodated at least. I will definitely think twice before spending that much money here again.

The cost comparison to all the other places was much more affordable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had ample room. The front desk was wonderful to work with. We came with Friends and rented an AirB&B but made the choice to stay at a hotel after reviewing the lay out of the ABB. ||So Happy we made the choice to stay here.

Great location, beautiful spot on the river. Unfortunately, our room had a balcony that just overlooked the lobby. It had fake bushes on the balcony, which was a bit odd. Room had great water pressure and hot water. On the down side, it had a tiny little mini fridge that was hard to open. And the biggest issue with this hotel was, when we pulled up, the valet came out and said it was a valet only hotel. I asked how much for valet. He said $50 per day. I was no , ill park my car. They said if I wasn't doing valet, I had to park off the property. So, I paid $250 but then had to either give them another $50 to park my car or go to a public parking deck and pay $25 a night. Rediculous. That will absolutely keep me from ever staying here again. They should let u know this when u reserve a room. Then, when u go in to check in. They ask u for another credit card to charge $75 for incidentals. I ask when it will go back on my card. They day 3-5 business days. This is horrible . Some people have a certain vacation budget and you tell them your taking $75 and putting it to sleep until they go home. Not cool. This hotel wasn't all that. I guess on a positive, the beds were comfortable.

Great experience! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Front desk staff were all so efficient and tried to honor all request. Valet was quick and friendly. Location was great as it is right on River Street and our room had a wonderful view of the Bay!

Absolutely stellar experience from start to finish! The staff was attentive and professional, the meeting space was perfect, and the food and beverage exceeded expectations. I even thought I lost my Bose earbuds, and to my surprise, they found and returned them—such integrity and top-tier service! Highly recommend this venue for any event or meeting needs.
