I have always been very happy with most Hyatt facilities however this one is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Room 219 was dirty and had some issues with the window outside. I spoke to Matt about this and I don't think he could care less. For some reason something kept hitting outside not sure if it was a window seal.
After returning from dinner I noticed the room was very dirty shower, bathroom, headboard on the bed had all bunch of oily finger prints. The Furniture was very outdated and beat up a feeling like a cheap motel.
In business travel you can deal outdated furniture however when it's dirty it's just not a good representation for Hyatt.
When I asked Matt for the two bottles of water I usually get at any of my other stays. He said my membership didn't include that which I went ahead and purchased the waters.
The next day I upon checking out I shared this with the counter young lady and all she said was that he was very new on the job. She apologized but the damage was already done.
For $249 find a place elsewhere where your business will be appreciated. This facility definitely needs to be worked on not only bringing it up to current times but their staff needs to be properly trained how to properly clean and sanitize a room

The room was nice. I definitely was impressed with how quite it was despite there being boys and girls soccer teams stay there as well.

The one downside I experienced was the tv turned on but the channels weren’t broadcasting. The front desk staff said that it was an issue amongst quite a few rooms but that there wasn’t anything the hotel could do to fix it.

IF your plans ever change, don't bother staying at this property. I cancelled my room on the Hyatt app no problem and no warning that is was outside of the cancellation period like the app normally tells me. As I was in town for a family memorial and I had booked the wrong hotel. So I cancelled 24 hours in advance. Find out 2 week later they charged my card. So call the GM Adrian who was ZERO help!!!! Normally I stay exclusively at Hyatt properties and always have great experiences. IF you have to stay in the Phoenix/Gilbert area I recommend any other Hyatt property except this one. I had called him 2 week earlier and he choice to not return my call. Thanks for nothing Adrian.

I'll start with the room. |Moderately sized, clean, modern, with an excellent floor plan. |The clever layout used partial walls to keep a spacious feeling while providing | adequate sight-line privacy.||Room thermostat was easy to read. AC was reponsive, and quiet. |Clean, modern bathroom with easy-to-use shower and good privacy.||Staff:|Our door lock had an issue with a weak battery.|When we notified the assistant manager (David Prestigiamcomo), he and the day (Austin) and night (Matt) clerks kept tabs on us throughout our stay and made sure all was well.||Great experience, we will be back.

The front desk guy Matt was amazing. I came in and the person that the reservation was under didn’t have an ID on them so we tried to just change the name but it was not working. Long story short, but Matt went way out of his way to make things right, he was friendly and kind the whole time. I was seriously just so impressed. If all the front desk people are like this guy, I would never want to stay anywhere else!

I thought the design of the room was a bit troublesome as the TV is installed in the living room area and cannot be swiveled completely to be able to see it from the bed. Also I was a bit concerned that there are only two elevators on the property and one was out of service the entire time I was there. Staff was great, and courteous in the food was nice.

We had an amazing stay. The service was top notch across the board.very Accommodating. The front desk changed our room on the drop of a dime. Thank you… The service at Breakfast was fantastic and the food was the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time

Under remodeling, so didn't look so great. But the room was nice and service was good. The breakfast was very good. Wish there had been more parfait. And of course you can hear everything going on outside in the hall way. That would be my biggest request in hotels, quieter rooms.
