Welcoming staff. Updates needed to hotel for a cleaner and more comfortable experience. Was able to book while on the road a couple of hours out. Will more than likely look at other hotels in the area the next time we travel through. Breakfast was decent.

Our family traveled to the New Haven area for a memorial service. This stay was what we needed. It was in a quiet part of town and offered privacy and comfort. The rooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. ||||The best part of our stay was the excellent service that seemed to be the culture of the hotel. The staff members were friendly and attentive. I’d like to extend a public thank you to Jarrell who represented with professionalism and care!

Check in was great. Staff is super nice. The Room did not look like the website and seems out dated. I was suprised that the flooring was not carpet. The Bed was super comfy. Over all good location. Room was clean, they offer free breakfast and close to highway.

The staff was very accommodating we arrived on Christmas night. When most things where closed we had a few drinks and a light snack at the small restaurant. They allowed us to use the dishes and microwave in the breakfast area, so we could warm us some food we had brought back. ||The room was very comfortable for our family, we had 2 full sized beds plus a sitting area with a sofa. The layout of the room was just as pictured when I made my reservation. Very satisfied with our stay.

AMAZING!!! *THE* most comfy beds I've ever slept in, big tv! Clean cool room. Every single person I interacted with were spectacular! So friendly...and don't get me started on the magic giant hot tub!! Wow!! Oh!!! And the on-site restaurant made probably be 2nd best burger I've ever had in my life. No exaggeration I sincerely enjoyed everything...I just went away for a "get away" to just chill and THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR IT!!!!

The hotel was very accommodating and allowed my son access our room upon his early arrival as I was delayed in traffic on the interstate highway. The complimentary breakfast was excellent along with the service. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated.

My husband and I have been staying here on and off for the last five years.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing they are friendly and accommodating. Every morning the coffee was there waiting when we came down for breakfast. Let’s just say the beautiful spread of breakfast delights was delicious and fresh. Lots of juices and fruits with yogurt and granola for the healthy appetite. The gym has all you need to get your workouts in including a peloton. Score there. Poland spring water for your thirst available in the gym and jacuzzi. Last but not least the jacuzzi is pool size extremely relaxing with fresh clean towels to dry off
I highly recommend staying here
It’s also dog friendly which is a added luxury because all of us animal lovers know they are more than just pets they our are family

Excellent stay at the Milford Hyatt Place. Rooms and common areas were clean, breakfast was pretty good, but what topped it all was the customer service. Everyone we spoke with from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out were the nicest, most upbeat, and helpful people we have come across in the last couple of years in the hotel industry. Dog friendly as well.
