Rooms are clean, check-in, and check out were quick and easy but definitely not a safe area and there is no " secure" parking. You have to pay for parking but had our vehicle along with 3 or 4 others windows smashed, they were broken into and rummaged through. I understand it was not the staff's fault and they were very helpful through the whole situation but it's something to be aware off and if parking is being charged a little more security should be implemented.

Good hotel for overnight but not for several days. Parking is challenging especially for handicap. There is a nightly parking fee of 18.00. The elevator was extremely slow. There was only one and had to shared with housekeeping. The kitchen microwave was not cleaned. Close to major highways and restaurants. Takes a while to get to and from midtown/downtown. I travelled as far as Decatur for restaurants. It was less than 30 minutes with minimal traffic.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the airport. The breakfast options were limited, but good enough for airport hotel. ||The rooms themselves have a lot of potential, however, they were lacking in preparation. For example, in one room there was no batteries in the TV remote and the shower was broken. In another room there was no towels prepared or even a trashcan. ||My personal experience was probably worse than average of the guest there, but the staff were attentive and helpful in trying to address the concerns.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. Room was clean. Surrounding area was not safe for going out at night but your car is in a secure parking lot. Very convenient if you need close to the airport.
However the entire hotel smelled of weed. We couldn’t escape the smell.

Overall a decent stay for a late arriving flight and just needing somewhere clean and comfy to lay our heads. Clean, comfy, no-frills, noisy from the airport, but good customer service, a very helpful shuttle driver. Only complaint was that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but not on time and was PACKED!

My car was vandalism along with 4 other vehicles. My drivers side window was broken out. This costs me a $250 deductible. They should install a fence around the parking lot due to the area. The hotel is nice and this was my third time staying there, but I want stay there again, unless there a fence around the parking lot so I know my vehicle is secured.

I would not recommend this Hotel for the following reasons: while the Hotel staff was quite welcoming upon arrival once in your room it’s a challenge to reach the front desk I was left on hold first call 15 minutes second time I hung up and called back a few times before I got an answer and asked for the manager who I wish I could remember her name because she actually made a terrible right! My flight was changed so I was trying to eat before running out for the engagement I could not reach room service. What she did was apologize immediately promising it was not the standard and had my meal prepared upon my very late return. I was super grateful. The elevator was out of service my entire stay(Wed- Sun) only on elevator for all floors entire hotel. Thank God it was only 5 floors but that’s maintenance and everyone needing to wait a little longer each use. Hotel policy is they must enter once in a 24 hour period regardless of preference- Ok then clean entirely! 3 days didn’t happen- housekeeping did send up a super nice guys when callled tho! Lastly an entire week later and my incidental deposit still has not been returned- three diffrent explanations when I call so at this point I’m just going to corporate. Next year I’ll try another property unfortunately not Hyatt.

Ants… bad food… broken faucet, and bad maid service. It was a rough weekend… ||||We had ands in both our our beds, walls, the bathroom floor. After returning from the convention center for a volleyball tournament day one, trash was not taken out from the night before. (The food from the bar took 40 mins, overcooked , and cold) I knew they were in the room because beds were made and they took the towels on the floor… but didn’t replace them. ||Next morning ants all over drink and told front desk. They said while we were gone they would strip the beds and put new sheets on but no other rooms available. ||Returned that night at 930… no beds changed. I made them fix it that night…. They did offer to move my room… weird, I thought they were out… ||They comped one night to rectify the problem. I will not stay thier again.
