We planned a short holiday with our daughter & grandchildren to Columbus- to visit COSI and have a hotel stay over with a pool for the kiddos. We are so impressed this facility. We’ve overnighted quite a few times in the Columbus area, and this hotel rates #1. We will choose this property each time and be telling our friends/famly.||Room accommodation was very well|Appointed, comfortable for our family.||Easy elevator access, and swift elevator responses.||Comfortable beds/comfortable bedding.||TV Chromecast accessible.||Pool area clean and well kept, plenty of pool towels.||The lobby area is spacious.||The morning breakfast good. Hot and cold breakfast item offerings. ||A onsite bar at 5pm. Good selection, beer, wines and spirits. For a minimal $||I saved the best for last, the staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. A rare find.. and is truly appreciated.||Stay at this property!!

It was a good state We had a king bed with a kitchenette. The bed is separated from the lounge area with a small bookshelf credenza type. Service was exceptional, the breakfast in the morning very good. As far as the area if you want to go for somewhere to eat or something to do there's not much around here but there is a nice walkway in the area seems pretty safe.

Great experience, much better than the average 3-star. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice bedding and comfortable pillows. Walk in shower with great water pressure and temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful, although the person who checked me in said that I would be charged $ for parking, which was weird. And I don't think they actually charged me, nor did it say that on the hotel profile when I booked it. Anyway, not a big deal, just odd for the hotel type. It is located literally next to a highway, so you can hear a little bit of noise, but it didn't affect my sleep and wasn't bothersome. I would return if I'm in the area again.

We were here for 10 nights and days. Couldn’t ask for a nicer and efficient staff: manager and all well trained in hospitality. The general manager is a rare find- even showed up one evening to shovel sidewalks when snowstorm hit! Venue is very pleasant. King size room was fine for hub and me. Location was excellent for our needs to be close to the OSU med center. Will stay here again if needed. Breakfast okay, clean, well staffed. Great workout gym and nice pool!

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, meaning to book this one because it is closer to the hospital. Once they learned that I was having surgery the next day, they found rooms for us even though they were nearly fully booked. Great people! Great hotel! The beds are comfortable, which I don't say often about hotels, and I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Hyatt House was wonderful! The room was clean , breakfast was great, and the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. This hotel is very family friendly, in both location and amenities. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Columbus!

The quality of this hotel over the past 5 years has seen a bit of a decline. As the hotel ages, the staff seemed to have turned over, and the care and attentiveness to the guest has tailed off. Be aware of getting a room in the back near the highway, the windows aren't at all noise protecting and it sounds like the cars are driving through your room. Told the front desk that I couldn't sleep because of the noise, and the clerk just looked at me and shrugged. Poor.

I'm in town for business all week and decided to stay here instead of downtown, I'm glad I did. The location is easy to get to, there is ample free parking, and the bed is comfortable. The pillows leave a lot to be desired, but most hotel pillows do.
Prices are reasonable, even at the bar. Vicki the bartender is great, knows her way around a bar and is very personable. Definitely recommend checking the bar out (I think she said something like she's there Monday through Wednesday).
Also, the World of Hyatt points program is boss.
