I always go to this Hutch's always. I've never had an issue with the service upfront or from the kitchen until today 4/13/25. I don't know why the two females were moving in slow motion. It took them 40 minutes to make a 1/4 Jr bacon cheeseburger and small fries and I didn't get my bacon. Thankfully the gentleman at the counter gave me my refund. Thank you sir.

So I've had the food at both locations in altus, and let me tell you, the one on Broadway was by far the worst! The burger was burnt, the fries definitely had been put in the fryer way to long. It was just an overall bad experience. The store is clean and great other than that!

This was a good store until circle k bought them. Now they won't sell beer to senior citizens without ID. Not another penny from this old man.

DON’T USE THIS GAS STATION!
Every time I use the Self-Check Out it takes my money and doesn’t pay for the items!

When I go to ask the MANAGER that money was put in the machine she continues to say
“How do I know”?

Then I proceed to ask her if she could check the cameras nicely to prove that my money went inside the machine.

After I said that she goes to the back and starts talking wrongly about the whole situation, misconstruing the situation to something bigger than it actually was.

After she says “ GET OUT OF MY STORE “
and never proceeded to give me my money back or JUST SIMPLE HELP !

For sure POORLY TRAINED!
And NOT a FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!

The food is good and quick to get in and out in a hurry fuel is reasonable, but the problem I have is I take my own cup in to get coffee and it's $2.07. I told the lady it's a refill and I was told that they don't have refills. Ripping off a truck driver or anyone is very poor business practices in my book

Totally gross.
We drove thru and got burgers and onion rings.
Rude staff. Waited forever, and ended up throwing it all away after one bite.
The onion rings were Literally sitting in grease in the to go Container.
The hamburger was equally as bad.
I won't go back
