I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hummus Republic, I ordered a bowl with a fantastic combination of flavors that left me completely satisfied.

I chose a base of chickpeas, spinach, and kale, which created a vibrant and nutritious foundation. The kalamata olive hummus and roasted eggplant hummus were both exceptional—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. I also appreciated that everything was vegan!

The falafel was perfect, adding a wonderful texture and taste to the bowl. The fresh toppings, including chopped cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, banana peppers, beets, and chickpea croutons, elevated the dish even further. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors and crunch.

To top it all off, the drizzle of traditional tahini and lemon & olive oil dressing was the perfect finishing touch, enhancing the overall experience without overpowering the other ingredients.

The service was friendly and attentive, and I loved that I could customize my order to my liking.

Overall, Hummus Republic exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for another delicious meal. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and satisfying Mediterranean food, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

The bowls have a lot of toppings and sauces to choose from, but nothing had flavor. I questioned if I was catching Covid because it didn’t taste like anything. I had the BOGO Chicken Shawarma bowl through Uber eats. In my opinion there was no flavor with all that was going on. Maybe they use only herbs and spices with no salt? I’m not sure, but I wasted most of both bowls because it just didn’t taste like much. I saved the second bowl until the next day and hoped the first bowl was a one off, but they tasted the same. Super disappointing because I hate wasting money. The reviews hyped me up to think it would be good, but it wasn’t.

In response to the owner. Your smart response to all of the negative reviews shows why you will eventually fail. It was “impressive” to me too that with all that was going on in the bowl it was still BLAND and LACKED FLAVOR, as other reviewers have stated. Instead of wasting your time perusing the reviews you should be trying to figure out how to make your food taste better. It was nasty. Period. That’s why I got my money back. Thanks!

Visited Hummus Republic for a late dinner while in Atlanta. I was amazed by the quality AND quantity. The bowl is huge; 1.5x of Cava or Mezzeh. Fresh ingredients and very flavorful. The pita chips were crispy and all the different hummus/dips went beautifully with them.

I came here because Desta was closed! I made a great choice!!!! Nassim was so nice and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean. You get so much food for the money you are spending. It’s a much better deal than Cava! I will be coming back!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The food was delicious and a solid quantity, and the staff was genuinely so kind to us. We will definitely be back for more of those pita chips!

We stopped by with a party of 6 (5 adults and a toddler) at 6:15 pm on Sunday, 8/4/24. In a strip, plenty of parking. They didn’t have high chairs when we went. Checked in on Yelp and got free side of falafel (5 balls). The falafel was really good! The employees were all very friendly.

I got the Chicken Shawarma Bowl ($14). Same concept as Cava or Sweetgreen—able to customize and choose hummus and spread, toppings and dressings. The portion was very generous! I was able to get 2 meals out of it. If I had been hungrier though, I probably could’ve eaten the whole thing. I also tried the Moroccan Steak Bowl. Both the chicken and steak were really good! The sweet potato fries ($5) were also delicious.

Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. Others had falafel and the mushroom shawarma. I just need them to get high chairs and I would gladly go back for a quick and easy meal at a very reasonable price!

Hummus Republic has good food, but the service is slooooooooow! I ordered a bowl, and they left off three of the ingredients. I asked for those ingredients, and they let me know that they didn't have one of the ingredients. Why didn't they tell me that when I ordered

The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from, colorful, and healthy. Ideal for those who want to eat healthy and receive a generous portion, in a simple, modern, and welcoming atmosphere with no waiters. I would definitely return several times.
