Service was slow. Coffee was hot and fresh. I was disappointed with the sugary syrup that was used to create the cafe mocha. I expected actual chocolate or chocolate powders to be used to make a mocha sauce in the coffee, instead a cheap imitation syrup is used and the experience is disappointing. The server at the drive through was blatant about wanting a tip and it was rude, aggressive and confrontational. Due to the poor quality of the coffee and rude service, I won’t be a return customer.

Wanted to give a quick shout-out to your new employee Stephanie at the Bemiss location. She had mentioned that she was still in training and learning to make coffee but her spiced chai latte was amazing! Very flavorful without being sweet or too bitter, no clumpy texture either. Just a delicious spiced drink as it should be.

Got their small "koala" hug in a mug breakfast cup that was delicious (sausage, eggs, & grits w/butter to add) & an iced floral latte. I enjoyed both, the floral latte was phenomenal.
The atmosphere & aesthetic is pleasing & comfortable, gives you a warm & inviting feel.
The staff were professional & kind.
You can order online; they have dine-in, takeout, & even a drive thru.
I highly recommend & look forward to trying more or they menu in the future.

My wife and I were on a Roadtrip home from South Florida to Ringgold GA. We stopped because of the advertising on I75. We love local places. The coffee was really enjoyable and the Carmel cheese roll, which tasted like bread pudding. We only wish you were closer. However, we will be stopping during our next trip.

The wife and I are big white mocha coffee drinkers and we’ve gone to most of the area coffee shops. So the Bemiss Hug a Mug was due a try. It was the worse coffee we’ve ever had. I don’t know why the taste was so different from all the others we’ve had but it ended up down the drain. I don’t recommend their white mocha

We used to come to this hug in a mug on Bemiss all the time, but their service has really decreased over the last three or four months. Wait times are long at the drive-through and they sometimes ask you to repeat your order two or three times.

I’ve been going to this Hug in a Mug for some time and have had great coffee and service. However, on my last visit I walked straight into what I was told was a baby shower. The store was packed. Mostly with young, very loud children. There were no vacant seats anywhere in the store. I was in line behind one other person but the noise was so bad I had to leave. I called to inquire why they would host such an event where people expect a calm atmosphere. The employee I spoke to was rather rude. I’m sorry, but you lost my business.

Don’t go. Wow. Disappointed. The bagels are not toasted or spread with cream cheese (cheap cup of cream cheese on the side, so diy), cinnamon roll was fridge temp (offered to toast, fr). Frozen hot chocolate tasted like cookies and cream, not chocolate, frozen chai tea tasted like nutmeg or allspice, def not chai. None of our 4 items were ready at the same time, and it was so awkwardly quiet inside with no music or ambiance.
