Words are simply inadequate to express how grateful we are for all the hard work Hudson’s Edge put in making our wedding absolutely perfect. The meal was delicious— we still talk about and get compliments on the perfect short ribs! We had wonderful hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, the served salads were beautiful, and the family style dinner was great. The desserts were immaculate, and the s’mores bar was a total hit! The staff at Hudson’s Edge made the day better than we could ever have possibly imagined. They were so attentive and helpful! Hudson’s Edge was the easiest and best choice we made when planning our wedding!

Such an amazing company to worth with! We had them as our caterer for our October wedding this year and everything was great. Christyn was so awesome to work with and beyond responsive to any questions we had. She really kept it all together and made sure we were hitting deadlines for things! The food was AMAZING!! Everyone raved about the extravagant charcuterie board and the beef and chicken meals we had selected. The staff the day of was so kind and friendly as well. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer!

We used Hudson’s Edge as our caterer for our wedding. We booked with their worry-free package. From the initial meeting, Christyn was my go-to for all things wedding. She helped me coordinate my decorations and went to my venue planning meeting with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Christyn and her team made everything look flawless. The food was absolutely delicious and the service they provided was even better. At the end of the night, we didn’t need to worry about clean up, because the Hudson’s Edge team took care of it all.

We paid for the “worry free” package and it was worth every penny (and very reasonably priced)! the catering team assisted our day of coordinator with setting up decor, and I did not have to do anything the entire day. When I saw the decorated spaces for the first time, I was stunned. They did a phenomenal job at every turn.
