Rooms are old and run down & need many repairs or updated, lots of broken things, looks extremely filthy but u could clean a room all day & it would look exactly the same. We found it is just how the plc LOOKS. Maids do a decent job considering the age of the motel & the repairs needed. Our rm was clean enough, very friendly cleaning lady. Lady in front desk was super sweet & allowed early check in, very early and no charge. Thats way cool. The motel has potential, it could be a really cool plc to visit if they did some things to the buildings. Im sure the motel has got to have some sorta history behind it. Before all the "seasonal workers" migrated to 27th ave this motel was right where it began lmao

This motel gets 5 stars on the simple fact that they know how to treat folks, customer service is great here & for me that makes a huge difference even if its not a hilton.

The prices are high, I paid close to $ 90.00 dollars a night, for a room maybe worth about 35 or 40 a night, a week stay cost me about a months rent, at a apartment

Yeah pretty bad!! No hot water many times and they pretend you don't know how to turn on the shower! No water in the pool and our keys never work so we gotta get it recharged every time we come back to our room. The maintnance team is really fast though you call and they come right away. Most of the housekeeping ladies are very nice and very attentive! They try to please you in every way so that is a good thing about this place! Also the people from the front desk are nice!

Absolutely horrible. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Had to bleach the tub before hubby could use it, and I absolutely refused. Next morning when we woke up, exterminators pulled in and began unloading heavy-duty equipment. Asked front desk what they were spraying for and they stated all rooms were being treated, but I was nosey and peaked in the rooms. Mattresses were being inspected and sprayed. I suspect bed bugs. No water in pool, washers and dryers broke. Save yourself and sleep in a tent in the desert!

Do not let the pictures fool you! Lobby looks nice, that is it! Two and only positives about this place is HD direct tv and fast internet. All the signs about deposits even with credit card should have been warning enough. So I am told that I am being upgraded...once I entered the room upgraded from the dumpster perhaps. Room stunk, complained and management said I could not switch rooms or get a refund bed was uncomfortable, loveseat was broke, nothing matched, huge gap under door, place needed repair. I have stayed in better places for half the money

This place is a circus with monkeys behind the counter!!
I had to stay there three nights and one of the nights I had two rooms. The first night it took over an hour to check me in because the staff was trying to fix other people's reservations. The next morning I tried to reserve two rooms for that night and was told they had enough rooms and to wait until I showed up. Well that night about eight I showed up with my grandmother and two aunts (we were here because my uncle got a kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic) and they were totally booked up. It took over two hours to get checked in because they were running the credit cards from all that night's reservations to see if two would be declined so we could have their rooms. We got one room in about an hour and a half and then my aunt and I had to hangout in the parking lot hoping for our room. After we got in our room we discovered the toilet wasn't working so we waited another hour or more until they eventually used a snake to clear the line.
Last night after we got our room I found out we needed to stay one more night. I immediately called the front desk and tried to extend my room one more night. I was told I would have to wait until the morning and when I check out they'll then check me back in AND that it would be the same rate.
Well tonight it still took over an hour and ended up paying over double for the same room as last night.
They have no clue as to what the heck is going on or how they are supposed to do it! They can't even say if that particular room will have a microwave or even a coffee pot. And their breakfast is exactly like an earlier review; raisin bran or cornflakes with warm milk!!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! The rooms smell bad. A man and woman came into the room at 2am. The pool is empty and has been for about 7 months. There is no complimentary breakfast as it says. The TV didn't work most of the time we were there. The price for the room was changed several times and the person helping us said it was because of taxes.
I talked to Rocky the manager and he wasn't even willing to talk to me until I confronted him. He isn't willing to reimburse us for anything. He said he has no occupancy right now lol. No kidding. Still not my problem especially when everything including customer service was AWFUL!!!

please disregard the star if I could give them minus five stars I would. Apparently giving you notice at 7 minutes after that we were leaving was enough to keep the $40 deposit. When I mentioned being able to be a few min. Late in the past IMIYERA threatened to call the police !never ever having lost a deposit in my life and staying at many many hotels and never threatened with the police the treatment here at THE BELL HOTEL FORMERLY P

)=it's dirty! AND UNSAFE! I WISH could post a picture of the door! all you have to do is push it open! THE PLATE Held IN BARELY BY 1 SCREW doesn't really lock and the staff!!.. . Rebecca a very pleasant woman has my sympathy because she has the only personality and welcoming smile I I saw there. Om the way out, And mind you. never a raised voice or derogatory statement to the staff 2 officers passed me so apparently a call to let the staff know that we are checking out 10 min tops late warrants not only rude treatment and monitoryi, loss but a possible trip to the local jail .
Can I STRESS MORE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
