Booked a room at this hotel for our family trip to the Grand Canyon. Viewed the hotel online. Pictures made it seem like it was nice. It had decent pricing, so we were all for it. Complete nightmare since we booked in. The management (owners) who live on the property were extremely rude and unaccomadating. When we went to our room, our bathroom door was locked. My wife called the front desk, and the lady said we would have to go down to the front desk to get the "key." The key was just a plastic coffee stirrer straw. Hallway carpets are coming up. The entrance to the buildings to the rooms say you need your room key to open it, but, the locks are broken off the door and one was covered in dust tape so anyone off the street can basically walk into the buildings. Upon entering the room, it is completely outdated, literally from the 1990s. My 4 year old daughter found expired food beside the metal bed frame and In between the nightstand. Musty smell in the entire hotel. People fighting, screaming, cussing, and smoking inside the rooms, when it is supposed to be non-smoking from all the signs everywhere. Management did not do anything about this at all. Checked out completely, and the owner told my wife they don't give refunds for checking out early. This hotel was completely horrible on all standards. I took pictures and am posting them so other travelers can be aware of what they're getting themselves and their families into.

The hotel is in a good spot, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are worn down pretty bad and my towels had hair on them 🤢 but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast consists of waffles, powdered donuts muffins, bread (no toaster) and cereal. There is one of those coffee machines.
All in all it's fine if you are just sleeping here and plan on eating and going out all day. If you're picking this place for the breakfast, then don't you'll end up eating somewhere else anyways. No fruits or protein available.

Was the cheaper option I could find in or near Salt Lake City and for the rooms and hotel it was worth. The biggest thing I wanted was a hot tube and pool and breakfast and it had it all for a good price. Rooms were pretty nice too. No issues while staying

This place could be better. If they would only invest in it. The carpets were dirty. The showers had hair and so did the towels. Imagine drying yourself off with a nicely folded towel and you notice a WHITE hair coming off you that came from the towel. It’s close to Rt 66 but they are far better places. The only good thing about this visit was the lady at the front. She was very helpful

Stayed 1 night. Easy to find. Good position for main street, near plenty restaurants.  Free parking. Reception and the staff very welcoming. Good free WIFI. Breakfast is limited buffet with choice waffles, muffins, toast, cereal. Bedroom was very spacious clean and equipped with TV. 1 comfortable very large double bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and clean with toiletries. For the price would recommend and would stay again.

Good enough, hotel
It was my first time staying at this hotel. overall experience was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price is good for the location.

Terrible quality for $130!!! Poor service, rude man at the desk. While I was trying to check in he continually interrupted and wouldn't listen to me, until my boyfriend walked in and then he listened to him. Key card didn't work and he finally came out to help us and said to just "try it a bunch of times until it works" for the rest of the stay because the door lock was broken. He claimed he would have someone come fix it but it never happened. The heater was broken and there was a little space heater on the desk. We spent the entire trip having to put the key card in seriously 20 times for it to work. Breakfast was fine. Location was great

Positive: decent rooms, good price Negative: No housekeeping available, breakfast options were terrible -just bread and mini donut. Not even a good coffee, only super-sweet versions. Small place and always crowded. Bath towels were small and worn out
