Had a great stay. The indoor pool was pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were top notch. The only problem was they had an adult swim for 21 and older from 9:00pm until 10:00pm ,but there were children in the pool until 9:30pm. They should have been told by staff to be out of the pool by 9. The staff member didn't tell the children to get out until 9:15 and they didn't listen until she had to come tell them again minutes later. This would have been better resolved had she spoke to the parents instead who were sitting near by playing cards. Other than that I recommend them highly.

Having stayed at both the Hard Rock Cancun and Disney World AllStars in the previous 3 months, this is the best smelling and cleanest of all three! The weekday breakfast staff (male) was AMAZING! Better than any restaurant service we would have paid for. The toilet and shower didn’t drain well but we alerted staff. Will be back!

Extremely good hotel. Great atmosphere and I've been going for years now. Pets fit in and I've had no problems when other hotels discriminate against medium to large size dogs and cats. Location feels safe and friendly and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had a very late check in as I traveled all day; the lady that checked me in was so very helpful & kind! The room was beautiful but I had an adjoining room & there was some kind of college track meet going on and a few buses of college kids & whoever was in the room next to me kept me up till about 1am. I couldn’t get the A/C or blower in the room to work & it was warm in the room, so I just opened the sliding door to the pool (I was on 3rd floor) & that helped. Breakfast was good but there wasn’t any meat or eggs at all, although there was sausage gravy & yogurt. I need protein with my meals. The pool area was phenomenal! There was a small kids “jungle gym” type of playscape & I believe a football table. Hotel was very nice & right off I-75 North for easy access for travelers. Would def stay here again if passing through

This hotel has some of the nicest staff working there. We have stayed multiple times now, and the front desk is always super friendly. The breakfast is typical continental with a waffle/pancake machine and a hot option. Jeff, who is the breakfast attendant, goes above and beyond, even bringing us our coffee and utensils, and checking that my kids had everything they needed. He needs a raise! We enjoyed using the ping pong table, pool, and air hockey tables. The pool looks nice though did not get a chance to use it yet. It is clean and quiet and has a good pet policy which is the reason we picked it. The only down side is the beds are only double beds instead of queens. The pool side rooms have nice little balconies.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and service was fantastic|Lovely clean rooms very spacious|Very nice swimming pool. My grandchildren had a great time. It was great having a restaurant and full bar right in the hotel. Also early 6am breakfast was great!

This is a pleasant, spacious resort-style hotel. The exterior appearance does not do justice to the inside beauty of the hotel. Though a bit dated in some areas with a few updates suggested, overall it is quite nice. The staff are exceptional!!

this hotel was great, especially for having kids. It is Kid friendly. The staff was excellent, answered any questions that I had. It was a great experience. Definitely will be coming back. ♥️
