Positive: It was.close to military base and bed was very comfortable Negative: Room had a.weird smell and bathroom smelled like urine. Closet doors did mot match very old amd outdated. Definitely not worth the price paid for our room

I rented a deluxe executive suite and it was perfect except when I took a shower there was barely any water pressure, so I kept having to turn the water off and on and not to mention the hot water, what hot water? Other than that, the room was perfect and more beautiful than I had expected!!

*Warning* Booked a suite on priceline, when we checked in we were given the keys we went into the room there were people in it walked right in on all of their things and according to the staff they were suppose to have had already checked out. So with that said that was the staffs fault. You check and clean rooms before the next tenants come in its that simple. So had to get a regular room for the same price on top of that pay an extra fee for our dogs. They could have AT LEAST for customer service resons alone waived the fee considering the circumstances. We had not even gotten into our new room and were approached by a man asking for money. We had a non smoking room and someone had clearly smoked in it recently. Please note I'm not offended by smoke I smoke occassionally myself but NEVER smoke In my house or car. The rooms are run down front doors torn up there were ants crawling in the bathroom. The TV In our room room 108 does not work except for half way fuzzy lighting. Noisy outside with staff mixed with the occupants banging all night long not a safe or comfortable situation. Needless to say we drug everything out of our truck which was about 10,000.00 worth of equipment we were on our way back from helping with the flooding in WNC and would have not in the LEAST bit have felt safe leaving it outside even though our truck was right outside of our door. If your looking for a place to lay your head down for the night the beds are comfortable.. but honestly I would not recommend it. I will be notifying Wyndham corporate. The only reason i booked with this hotel is because Howard Johnsons have a good reputation to uphold, have been around a long time and need to for sure be notified and look into this issue. From what i read in other reviews this place is a problem and from what I gather it's clearly a staff issue. My advice to anyone is stay away from this place.

This hotel is sufficient for a night or 2. It is right off the highway. It is basically surrounded by asphalt and buildings. There is no convenient place for you dog to potty. The rooms are pet friendly but the walk to behind a department store to the pet area is not friendly.

This hotel is TERRIBLE ?...NO CLEAN Towels or SHEETS...had the pool shut down by the health department but said by Manager," Oh, you can go swimming after 5 because the health department won't come after 5 " Are you kidding me? That would let my grandkids get sick from the water. The " Continental" breakfast consisted if white bread for toast, package of oatmeal and green oranges, small orange juice and green apples. The property needs updated badly. The hotel picture on the Internet sure doesn't portray what this hotel is.

Do not book early with them because they changed them without letting you know ends don't ask for handicapped accessible with the mobile showers or king suite cuz you don't get it you get a double bed you get a shower that has a tub instead of the walk-in very unhappy with service in heaven forbid
you get a ketchup stain they'll take your freaking $50 deposit that is wrong no damage to the room that could have been removed with ease I should have just took it to the laundromat my damn self again very unhappy

I allowed my daughter to
Use my points to get a room. And Melissa is so rude she doesn’t need tonwork in customer service ever .very rude to my daughter cause they have problem with me when I was never disrespectful to these folks . To call police because you thought rooom was in my name is sad em to say she banned when she never stayed there outside yesterday. Always rude when I was there 3 months very rude stood at desk over 30 minutes while Melissa talked with friends. Never destroyed property kept clean put you want ban when folks smoke weed there and they allowed to stay it’s very sad put run your property how you chose.and remember I’m a child of The most high keep lying on folks and see where y’all life end. I’m blessed to be alive pray to God nothing happens and your life change
