Spent an entire week here for our Honeymoon, and it was like a dream! The room was absolutely beautiful and had a gorgeous fireplace, balcony and a luxurious (and large!) jetted bathtub. The location was perfect as it allowed us to walk to several restaurants and wine tastings. The service was outstanding- The Front Desk associates were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping was honestly the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. After returning back to the hotel at the end of each day, our room was always spotless, and the daily turndown service with chocolates was such a lovely touch. We had breakfast almost every morning at Heritage Oak, which was a delight as everything was consistently delicious, and the service at Heritage Oak was superb. Room Service was outstanding as well. We also had a couples massage at the Spa, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, but it really was beyond our expectations in all regards. We can't wait to return to Hotel Yountville on our next trip to the Napa Valley area.

We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and had our bags brought to our room while we had martinis at the bar. Everybody was so kind and helpful! It's the perfect place to stay and visit wine country and have fabulous meals.

Excellent place to stay visiting Napa. Seemed to be in the middle of all of my favorite vineyards. Was able to walk across the street for the hot air balloon ride and very close to the town for any type of tours. The property itself was very clean in rooms were to die for. Excellent customer service near the main lobby as well as the pool area with 100% stay here again. Loved the vibe.

Enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel. Location is walking distance from some great restaurants. Our room was a junior suite with fireplace and balcony. We enjoyed great breakfasts each day including house made English muffins . Service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed and would return.

This is a beautiful hotel and a great place to stay if you are wanting to visit Napa / Yountville. I do think it is overpriced for what I paid however going during summer break was likely a big factor in the pricing so not a big complaint. The pool facilities were very nice, the loungers were very comfy and the area was well attended by staff who were all extremely pleasant and always smiling. The rooms were brilliant and in pristine condition, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice and large.
The hotel is in a great location, it is within walking distance to all the main restaurants and centre of Yountville however they do also offer a complimentary shuttle service should you wish.
Included in your resort fee was a $50 credit for food & drink but this was not mentioned to us at all during check-in and we only found out after reading it on the website. Regardless, the hotel was brilliant and should we return to the beautiful town of Yountville we would be more than happy staying here again.

Booked this hotel for a 30 year wedding anniversary while also attending a wedding in St Helena and a little business on the side in surrounding areas.||No bell service during our 5 night stay. Chris the bartender was great. Housekeeping mediocre. Breakfast staff and food very good. Management unseen and front staff so-so...amenities dismal. Location was great, rooms dated. Our suite was ok, 2 fireplaces heated nicely, steam shower non operational, balcony furniture needs cushions. No wet bar, but a claw foot bathtub in living room...huh?!? Suite 109 BTW.||Expected so much more for our 30th especially upon booking the manager assured that it would be recognized with wine...nope even though I asked front desk twice.||Other options in yountville and surrounding areas, keep looking ...we will.

We recently stayed at the Yountville Hotel and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the incredibly warm and friendly staff who made our visit truly special. The ambiance was serene, and the attention to detail was impressive. Loved the pool! My only minor complaint would be the light that came through the blinds at night—some drapes would easily fix that. Overall, it's a lovely place with exceptional people.

I was really looking forward to the promised luxury of this hotel and was completely disappointed. The cost of the room was ridiculous for the quality. I upgraded to a premium king room and was ready to be wowed. The room needs a total upgrade. There's no door separating the bedroom area and the bathroom. There is, however, a Walmart curtain. The bathroom is tiny, I guess that's why they plop a tub in the middle of the room, that's just odd. The carpets are worn, and the laminate floors move when you walk on them. The pool was nice, and the server was very good. The drinks are served in mule glasses with tons of ice, which is nice but for $17 a pop plus automatic 20% gratuity it's not worth it. Overall, the cost of the stay is not worth it in my opinion.
