This room cost less than $60 for the night, and that is an amazing price! Unfortunately, the shower temperature was extremely hard to regulate, and the towels were very thin and small. Also, my husband saw a small roach in our room. To be fair, the bed was very comfortable, the thermostat works great, and the TV was very clear. They offer coffee in the morning

When me and my children arrived. I went to check the room. There was a bag of trash outside of the door, and the door was not even shut, and only one side of our bed was made. The sheets and towels were extremely worn, and upon checkout they charged me $20 for a sheet and a towel that was stained. The vent in the bathroom did not work and neither did the microwave. They are pet friendly but decided to charge me a pet deposit everyday that I stayed there. The room smelled of ammonia and stale cigarettes. The TV also did not work. I asked to get our room clean or to have room switched, they refused both request and refused a refund. I did not see cockroaches in our room until check out. Where I had seen two pretty good sized ones. There was a lot of foot traffic, people shouting all hours of the night, cars pulling up bumping loud music all through the night. Trash was piled up at every trash can around the facility.
While me and my kids are grateful for the roof of our head that kept us warm and out of the snow storm, we will not be going back.

Just noticed roaches running across the countertop, next thing I know I can hear mice squeaking inside the AC unit. Overall, feels very uncleanly. The staff were decent. I felt like a bother half the time. I read other reviews before staying here and I honestly didn’t believe the ones talking about the infestations, now I regret booking a week long stay. (Message to staff) Take care of the infestation and at least pretend to care about your job. Both things taken care of I’d give this hotel a solid 4.

Said it has complimentary breakfast, gym, pool. It is not true if you go here to stay you will be disappointed if you are wanting basic needs to be met.

The desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in a non smoking handicap room. The king sized bed was very very comfortable and clean. There was a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator in our room.
My only suggestion would be better soap . You’ll need a knife to open the package.
It was quiet. The furniture was old and would need replacing.
Over all. I would stay there again.

When we walked into our room it smelled musty and moldy. The air conditioner was held up by pieces of wood. There was mold in the bathroom and on the carpet. The floors were so nasty I never took my shoes off until I laid down. The breakfast was a joke there not hardly anything to choose from. The toaster didn't work. The pool only had a few feet of water in it and was green and moldy. Over all there was nothing nice about this property.

After reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical but on staying here the rooms are spotless the hotel is clean they have breakfast Continental coffee juice cereal danish yogurt fruit.. clean bug-free reasonably priced. Seem to be lots of parking conveniently located close to restaurant also they also have a fitness room and pool pretty decent hotel for the money I will definitely stay again if I'm in the neighborhood

Very dirty, smelled funny, room was not cleaned or new towels in four nights, the ceiling above the shower looked like it was going to cave in at any moment, the faucet in the tub constantly leaked - not a small drip, but like it was slightly running at all times. Not worth the savings - will stay somewhere else next time.
