I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo this past weekend for a women's conference, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome from the valet team—such a perfect introduction to the level of service this hotel provides. Mr. Milton and Cameron were outstanding, offering exceptional customer service that set the tone for the entire stay.

Check-in was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff. A special shoutout to Ms. Tisha and Christina, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their helpful and friendly demeanor truly made me feel at home.

Every interaction I had with the staff was a 10 out of 10. I will absolutely be returning and recommending Hotel Indigo to friends and family. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Love always W "Lynn Hughes

This Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District location was perfect—right in the heart of Savannah, making it easy to walk to parks, restaurants, and charming little shops for souvenirs. The overall vibe was warm, inviting, and clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You can tell the staff like working there because they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

The only small hiccup that made my review a 3 star was a minor leak under the sink in our room. We let the staff know, and while they acknowledged it, it wasn’t fixed during our four-day stay. It wasn’t a huge deal—we just put towels down to soak up the little bit of water each day —but it would have been nice to have it resolved.

Aside from that, this hotel was a solid choice for a comfortable stay while exploring Savannah. If you’re looking for a great location with a welcoming atmosphere, it’s definitely worth considering!

Positive: location to main sightseeing. Bartender was great with strong, well-made drinks. Nice shower. Quiet room. The room was great. If I had it to do again, I'd pick a different hotel that doesn't charge fees. Negative: FEES FEES FEES! What I would rather have had was a head's up that they charge fees so that I could compare apples to apples when selecting hotels, and could have avoided this one.

We had a blast staying at the Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District for a quick weekend getaway from Atlanta. Our first-floor room was quiet and clean and the perfect home-base for our walkabout tours of the city. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious: crab cake Benedict? YES, PLEASE! The Front Desk team was friendly, professional and gracious. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

From the moment we checked in with Miss Marty to the moment we checked out service was excellent, and our stay was very comfortable. I’d check in. We were given tokens for drinks at the bar and really enjoyed our time. The location is perfect and we had a fantastic time walking up and down the river. We had a couple of drinks at the bar and the martinis were excellent. I was a little nervous to stay here because of the reviews, but I am happy that I did because my stay was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this for a vacation spot or like we did for a one night business stop.

I like this hotel, and the location is great. The rooms are a bit on the cozy side, but adequate. Close to River Street and walkable to most attractions and restaurants in historic Savannah.

What I wasn't expecting was extra fees associated with the visit. First is the mandatory fee for parking at $48.00 per night. Next is the $25.00 per night destination fee, (not optional, however 4 drinks and a few other inconsequential things are included). And finally, the incidental hold on your card is $250.00 per night. Now, these fees didn't have a great deal of effect on me, as I'm a bit older and financially stable, but I still don't care for surprise fees. I can remember a younger time in my life when a trip like this would be a splurge, and there wasn't much in the way of extra resources to cover surprises. I would encourage IHG to divulge all additional expenses upon reservation.

On a more positive note, the staff was wonderful, respectful, welcoming, and efficient. And for my $48 parking fees, I loved the Valets. And though I seldom eat at the hotel restaurant, I did here, and it was fabulous, including the service. Try the Low Country Boil. If you're looking for a nice mid-range hotel in Savannah, I would recommend considering the Hotel Indigo.

I am put off by hotels that charge "destination fees" for items that should be either included, or purchased at your leisure. I paid for this hotel via Capitol One (Expedia or Booking) at a great rate. When we get there, they add on $25 per day as a "resort fee" for bottled water, two complimentary drinks at the bar, wi-fi, old bananas, etc. If I want drinks at the bar, I can buy them, wifi should be free, and old bananas aren't good. ||There is a parking garage literally steps away from their front door. To use it, you must pay $48 for valet. They would not let you park yourself and pay a cheaper price. You could park at other garages that were two blocks or more from the hotel. ||The hotel was nice, could use some work. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. we did not care for that at all. The hotel was clean. ||Two nights cost $488 with incidentals; it should be $433. We are still waiting for the updated cost to be reflected on our credit card, i.e., the incidentals to drop off.

I had a great two night stay at the hotel. I will see the air conditioner cutting on and off was a bit concerning the first night. Other than that, very quiet. Bed was very comfortable restaurant and bar downstairs was great and in a wonderful location. I felt very safe since it had its own parking garage, which was amazing. Staff were super friendly and assisted me whenever I asked. Overall, it is a great stay.
