Great downtown hotel, perfect for a family gathering! Nicely decorated modern rooms and sunny exercise room. Keurig coffee with downstairs bistro and coffee bar. Delightful staff who were very helpful with suggestions regarding downtown dining establishments to try. I would take off a point for their limited parking, but we were able to get by for the two days we were there. Overall I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo and would stay there again in the future!

The hotel is beautiful. I stayed on the 5th floor, Penthouse level. The layout was open, the ceilings were high, the design is a beautiful minimalist concept. The showers are so cozy, nice sized walk in, and lastly the beds! Whew! The beds are so comfortable. I didn’t want to get out! The staff were kind and super accommodating as well. Stay at this hotel!

I’ve always heard wonderful things about Hotel Indigo, so we were very excited to be able to use them for our wedding block. The actual stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. The beds were great and the location is top-notch. Unfortunately, our experience with reservations was a nightmare, beginning several months out. Repeatedly friends would reach out to us telling us that they had called the hotel and were told that there was not a wedding block or that the block was full. The event coordinator was nice enough to help us, but it was ridiculous that we had to go the extra mile to get these problems fixed. I went in person to the hotel a week before the wedding to try to print out the room block and the young woman at the desk told me she had no idea how to do that. In general, the front desk, staff was sweet, but very unpolished and untrained. I thought it might be a general help in a college town, but we also dealt with the Hyatt and the Springhill suites and it was a completely different experience. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would never ever trust them to handle a hotel block.

Very dirty room. Bed looked that someone was there few minutes ago before we entered the room. AC blows right to your neck. Couldn’t get much sleep. Complained to room service at 1:30pm because our room hadn’t been serviced. Came back from a wedding after midnight and the room hadn’t been serviced! So upset! Complained at ck out. Nothing was said nor done. Bad customer service.

BUT I want to say that the bartenders were amazing!!! Extremely nice, and willing to make my group welcome . We tipped them well, as they went overboard with us and it was very much appreciated.

Currently staying here. The property and parking is easy to access. From the moment you check in, the entire staff gets it right at every turn. The front desk staff, specifically Izzy, is amazing. Great recommendations in the area. The restaurant and bar staff are super warm, welcoming and hospitable. Rooms are nice and cozy and perfectly cleaned. Zero complaints. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Walk in shower is clean, spacious and shower heads have great water pressure. Lastly, the room has sufficient lighting especially in the restroom. Thank you Hotel Indigo Staff!

This place never disappoints. So convenient to everything in downtown Athens. Staff is super friendly. Daila in the bar makes everything amazing! Even though we are not the highest of rollers that she attends to she always has a way of making us feel so special. She really is the reason we keep coming back. As long as we two old ladies can make it to Athens we’ll be staying with you. Blessings and Happy Holidays to you and your staff!

Excellent hotel for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and guests to stay. The coordinator was easy to work with and made our needs and comfort priority 1.
The atmosphere and facilities were fresh and clean. the rooms were large for our guests and enough space for them to dress for the wedding. We could even bring the family pup!
The rehearsal dinner location was on the lower floor for our event. the meeting room for the dinner and speeches was the perfect size.
The campus is almost 100% secure. Its Athens and you know to always be on your guard.
This is a great hotel for a weekend, week or your wedding party.

Indigo Hotel is the perfect meeting space for our CEO Peer Groups. The Board Room is adequately sized and the technology is easy to connect with. The space is modern and filled with natural light. Parking is an added bonus. The food service was excellent! The taco bar was upscale and delicious. We are happy we made the decision to relocate our monthly meetings to Hotel Indigo!
