This is a great clean comfortable place to stay. They took a very old motel/hotel and made it a really nice place to stay with an eclectic charm. We stayed in one of the apartments and our room had a record player with a bunch of records to play. We had two teen boys and a 4 year old with us and it was pretty comfortable. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area which was very nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The laundry machines work well and it was very nice of them to provide complimentary soap for it. What’s even better is that breakfast is included as well as complimentary coffee from the coffee shop across the street. This Hotel is within walking distant a lot of great shops downtown our overall experience was wonderful.

When you pull in after a two hour drive from Portland airport, your initial thought will be that this isn't what I thought it would be. A renovated motor inn of old, you enter the office area, which is bright and modern. Oliver, the front desk person, was very cordial. I'd booked a King room. Oliver moved me to the front building at my request. I was upstairs facing 4th Street. The room was spacious with a set of bunk beds as well as the King bed. The room felt, looked, and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels.|It was a lovely stay at a great price.|I went down the street to Block 15, a well reviewed restaurant and brewery. Excellent. Breakfast at Tommy's 4th Street.

If you’re looking for a pet friendly place to stay in Corvallis, you absolutely cannot do better than this hotel. I was here for three nights visiting a family member in the hospital and everything about this place was exactly what I needed. All at a really reasonable rate and really friendly service. I 100% recommend this place even if you don’t have a pet you’re traveling with. Everything is super clean. The recent remodel was done really well and I felt very safe. There is a grocery store across the street and the breakfast at Tommy’s was awesome! Note that there was not a fridge in the room I stayed in but I don’t know about other rooms. I actually just left drinks outside my door to chill (it’s winter so it worked great ). Stay here. Thank me later.

Excellent location and price! Super clean, modern hotel with delightful and accommodating staff. Comfy bedding and plentiful hot water. Only complaint was the rather loud heating system. But it quieted down after it was on for a few minutes and it kept the room toasty warm.

Nice facelift on an older hotel. The bathroom was nicely renovated, bed and sheets were comfy. The bedside lights were extremely dim and seemed like a weird aesthetic upgrade with no utility. Bad towels leave fluff on your body but the shower was amazingly strong!! The rubber floor is probably good for keeping clean but didn't feel cozy, however they did provide slippers which were a nice touch. The free breakfast at Tommy's was pretty terrible, but you get what you pay for 😉 Many nice other breakfast joints in walking distance that can be paid for. Solid stay!

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff were all friendly & helpful and gave us great tips for how to make the most of the downtown offerings. We walked everywhere (carrying our umbrellas just in case) and enjoyed every moment. I will absolutely be staying here again!!

Highly recommend. The hotel and rooms are set up in the most adorable mid century style. Location is perfect; right next to campus and the downtown area. Lots of places to eat close by including a great diner literally across the parking lot for breakfast. Kelly at the front desk is wonderful. Already booked our next stay.

Close to all the shops, cafes and markets you need! I forgot that the Corvallis farmers market starts mid April but the indoor winter market isn't too far from here. Customer service is amazing and I really appreciate the extra effort they take to take care of my comfort. I got upgraded due to a small incident next to the room next to mine and it made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
