This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in and not because it’s glamorous or top of the line like a four seasons. It’s becasue it’s just a great well run Marriott Hotel that makes you feel so welcomed. ||If you are there ask for Nate at the speakeasy or bar, he is so lovely and always asks “hows your day” and has time to chat. He has great recommendations to help visitors. ||The breakfast is lovely and a nice selection and the coffee is the best. The ladies that work breakfast are so friendly and meet you with a smile. ||The pool is great and the area well maintained and clean. I saw staff constantly cleaning around the pool. ||The rooms are so comfy and the bed is to die for. Housekeeping did an amazing job. ||The front desk staff are great too. Very welcoming. ||This is my go to place to stay when I visit my son at GCU.

My husband and I had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Adeline for our visit to Scottsdale. Upon arrival were greeted by staff who I had previously informed that my husband would be celebrating a birthday. Thank you for making him feel special. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was so very spacious, and the bed comfortable. One of the highlights was going to the speakeasy inside the hotel. Jean the bartender was a gem; she makes a great old fashion and my husband, and I enjoyed chopping it up with her. The location was perfect was close to plenty of dining and shopping. Thank you to Jake whose hospitality made check in and our stay pleasurable. If I ever make it back to Scottsdale I would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean. Lobby area is open and bright and presents itself well. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. Our room was very clean and bright. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very near the action in Scottsdale. I would have no problem recommending Hotel Adeline to anybody.

Overall - the property has friendly staff and a nice pool, but walls are thin. We were upgraded to a poolside room (titanium elite) which is much nicer than a room facing the parking lot (the standard room). ||We stayed for 2 nights. The first night our room was on the ground floor. The windows are not very well insulated so you can hear anyone talking outside. The toilet was clogged and we had to call someone to help unclog it. The next morning it was clogged again, so the front desk allowed us to move to a new room on the 2nd floor. This room was much better (less people talking right in front of your room) but there are no elevators. ||The $25 per night destination fee is odd- it supposedly covers parking and is essentially a $25 per night credit towards the restaurant. The credit doesn’t roll over so you have to use it every day you’re there. The restaurant wasn’t bad - all charges automatically get 20% gratuity added. We got drinks at the bar the first night and the second day got breakfast. In the end, our bill didn’t include a destination fee so no “credit” was needed. ||The platinum breakfast was a continental option (see photo) which we opted not to do. ||We forgot something in the first room and I had remembered that same night. The hotel was great at contacting housekeeping and I retrieved the item the next morning. ||Location is near a mall and also near old town.

Nice hotel. Love the retro 1960s setting. 5 stars for this. I give only one star for the quality of the room. The reason? The PILLOWS - they are lumpy and poor quality. We asked for down - feather pillows and were told they have none.
As a platinum Marriott member I would expect better pillows. Ownership should invest in this upgrade to maintain Marriotts higher standards —

It's a great place to visit, and it's a great place to use the pool or to dine. However, don't count on being able to sleep much here. It's basically a motel that has been fixed up. They put me in a handicap room (unrequested) which was adjacent to the stairway, so all night long we got to hear people "walking" up and down the stairs, chatting outside, etc.
The gentleman in the maintenance department was very nice and fixed our clogged shower after the water ran throughout the restroom. When we stayed previously, they were very kind to finish the sink plumbing they had begun prior to our arrival.
Although they provided me a final invoice that didn't match the amount they charged me, when I called for clarification they kindly sent me the corrected bill which indicated additional charges that I did not anticipate.

Chrtina, and the front desk was so helpful and making our accommodations is the best experience possible. I’m a titanium member through Marriott and I always love staying at the tribute here in Scottsdale 10 out of 10. Don’t waste your money on the courtyard down the street come on down get you some good food and get you the experience that you deserve
