my wife and I eat their two or three times a Week. I have their quesadilla special. It is excellent and I would recommend it to anybody. Sheri is a great host and she has some of the finest girls on the floor for you.

My only gripe is that my Skillet had a little too much cheese for my delicate taste buds but in rural California getting an absolutely delicious vegetarian skillet with only a lil too much cheese, winning! I added sun tried tomatoes and Tapatio and it was chef's kiss amazing.

Coffee was also top notch and they have Oat milk

My brother-in-law and I found this wonderful Bistro April 28 on our USA/Canada trip. We had the pleasure of meeting with the owner (forgot her name) whos father was from Sweden. She also showed us pictures of her father and her son who was an image of his grandfather😊. I would very much like to have an e-mail address to the Bistro, if possible…

Update: We've been here several times now and always with my hearing service dog. The owner has no concept of how to behave. She has asked to walk my dog the table, feed my dog at the table, and now insists on spending several minutes at time trying to pet and play with the dog under the table. I've asked her to stop to no avail. We won't b able to return.

We went here for breakfast on New Years morning for the first time. We ordered chicken fried steak and crepes filled with meat and cheese.

The food was fantastic, good value for the price and wonderful servers. Incredible little details like delicious organic Sumatra brewed to tasty perfection, tasteful decor, and a wonderful display from a local born painter who just happens to masterfully do fantastic and inspired colorful paintings. But that's not all folks! This is also a classy and warm, hospitable place where one can feel very comfortable gathering with family and knowing you will receive prompt and courteous service.
We didn't partake but the Mimosa offerings looked great. They have small, medium, and large but let's call it regular, WOW!, and "Holy smoke, is that a fish bowl?". Hot Brew Bistro also offers group mimosas dispensers. It is about a 3 feet tall clear tube with an elegant chrome and black decanter at the bottom.

They have a beautiful patio for outdoor dining, plenty of heaters, and again, nicely decorated. I can't wait to enjoy summer meals on their lovely patio.

Truly, we will absolutely return again and again. Fortuna has several wonderful eateries and Hot Brew Bistro is among the best of them.

This is a nice place with some patio seating and good coffee.
I had the side garden salad with toast and garlic butter today and thought the description on the menu did it no justice, so I took a photo. The garlic butter is real butter with chunks of garlic and other veggies, it’s good.

I'm 73 years old and have traveled extensively across the U.S.. I eat out a lot. I ordered the Greek omelet and this restaurant served the best I've had anywhere. My children got the chicken fried steak and gravy, and loaded baked potato skillet. It was all awesome. Generous portions of flavorful, fresh, down home cooked real food. We had a very charming and attractive owner check with us to make sure everything was A+++++

Our lunch here was phenomenal and definitely reasonably priced! No matter what you order, get a side of the bread and butter. It was amazing! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop here again!

Good menu, great customer service, good outdoor eating. Staff were very responsive and great! Fun brunch food and the Humboldt burger looked impressive! They have a section of outdoor eating for folks with dogs. After lunch, we walked along the nearby river.
