Looks a little run down on the outside but my room was great! A nice place for a long term stay. TV works, microwave very nice and a good size fridge (that also works!!!) AC and heat works as well. Quiet at night. Very safe.

For the time I needed a decent priced motel to stay at this was the place to be for sure if it wasn't for this motel o don't think I would have been able to survive may not be in the best spot but quality service and prices definitely a good spot to come too

My husband, dog, and I stayed there last night to just get away for the night. We arrived and thought not a bad place, but was told abruptly to make sure you check out at 11:15 the next day. I told the male manager that's okay and asked what would it cost to check out later as we like to sleep in on the weekend. I paid 25$ more to check out at 1pm and was told abruptly again make sure you are out by one. My husband, dog, and I went to the room and thought not bad and pulled the quilt back and there were at least 10 cigarette burns holes on the quilt. We had brought our own blanket and pillow cases so it was not a big deal as we wanted a smoking room. We walked to get food on 39th and was asked twice in the parking lot if we wanted to buy drugs. As we were checking out on time at 1pm the female working called someone on the phone and said the sheets are all black and pillow cases are dirty and keeping your security deposit for the damages done to the sheets. I told the lady my cigarette ash accidentally fell off and landed on the bed and cleaned it up. She said she is keeping 10 of my security deposit for the sheets. I said seriously don't you have to wash the sheets after every customer leaves and there is no way those sheets were that black as when we go to a hotel we don't make a mess and clean up as if it was our home. I used to work at a hotel years ago and know the horror stories of cleaning rooms after a customer leaves. We thought this was a nice place but after being treated like we were uncaring and strangers judging and saying we damaged their property will not go back. This place will try to keep your deposit for anything they feel they can keep it and say you ruined it when you know you didn't mean to have an ash fell off thr cigarette.People staying here be aware of anything that us not right with your room or this place WILL keep your money.

Rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked and very close to our favorite dinners and highways so a PurrFect FIT! as artists we have weird and untimely exists and the staff and places surrounding our choice was...A good choice. If we come back this way we will definitely be calling for a rsvp.

I wish I could give zero stars this place is terrible their housekeeping is a joke and they are rude they have more cockroaches that I have seen then any other hotel I have stayed at and I really do feel like they are going to keep my deposit cause they some stringy people overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Also since staying here just this past week someone has barged into my room not once but twice! Don't stay here if you want to feel safe!!!!

I have stayed at this motel for a couple weeks now. The pool may be empty may not have coffee pots and things but the rooms are clean. The owners and staff are really nice. It was a really chill place to stay. Nobody bothers you they just leave you be. I recommend anyone that needs a place to stay and for an extended time this olace is the place!

Even though rooms aren't modernized they are clean and they smell good!!! The owner is very nice, and he is not your typical hotel owner. Had to stay there for 2 weeks and after the first night there the next night he gave us a room for $10 below the normal price. Then the next night I explained to him that my husbabd was at work and I asked if he would let me stay there and my husband would pay him right after work and he let me stay until my he got home. Then my husband didn't get paid until Monday when we were due to pay for the week on Friday I explained that I had $130 less than the weeks rate and asked if I could give it to him Monday when my husband got paid and right away without hesitation he said don't worry I know you are good for it and he worked with us and on top of it he offered us to do a free load of laundry and even offered us some of his own personal laundry detergent which seriously meant so much to us since we were going through a really bad time!!! I will always stay in this hotel whenever I need a room to stay in even if it is way out of the way!!!

the owner and his family put up with a lot of crud and yet still treat their customers fairly well. only had one problem booking a room but it was not with the long time owner and manager, some other guy.
