Perfect right next to I-75. My room wasn’t to bad but you could tell it’s a lack of cleaning/care when it comes to it. Dirt and dust still on floor, dirt on bed and dirt on walls.

You don't want to stay... Unless you have nowhere else to go! The electric outlets only work if you unplug everything besides what you are using. You will have to call someone to do the breaker box... the office is always closed and when they are open, 2 young teenagers running it( there children). The mother stays watching the video and believe me if u have to wash clothes she will get on the entercome and let you know you have to be in your rooms at 8 pm . There is a no (pet) policy. She did allow me to keep my dog only because i told her I booked online. I had to pay 25 extra. The heater is a plug-in heater, and if that one is messed up.. go by your own...trust me. The air conditioner is not in the built-in the whole like you normally would see it, it has a air condition (windows unit) placed in it but to small to cover the whole. Also, the sheets are not clean. There was a smoke pipe under the bed with a blanket wadded up and one old towel under the bathroom sink. The fridge had gone out with $120.00 worth of food. She told us not her problem. When we left, I left a note saying , "Not mine either." Also, I was told by the owner that if you pay any way beside cash, she needs your ID . The last thing I can add is that there is not a breakfast !

Hope Inn is a very comfortable spot. The beds are very soft sheets are clean no spots. Tub looked like its been remodeled very clean bathroom. Air Conditioner blow good cool air. TV nice and show clear. Washer and dryer works good. Oh room has a nice size I was able to set up my hotplate and cook as if I was home in my kitchen. The area is nice and quiet. Staff is nice and reasonable. Hope Inn is nice and a reasonable price you will love it .....

So i booked the room before getting here. There was no one in the office had to call 2 different number just to get in touch with someone, then had to wait 5 more minutes for her to get here. She was very nice no problem checking in . The room smelled, they have window units in with cardboard & wood that's just sitting over the holes. Bathroom had scum on the floor and pushed in to the corners. The light on the sink & couple of plug ins doesnt work. We had to rearranged the room for the microwave & refrigerator to work. Needs maintenance & cleaning! No breakfast & no one here throughout the day

The hotel staff is very accommodating. It's a quiet atmosphere. My room was clean and smelled nice. The carpet was very clean. It has a fridge, microwave and T.V that all work well. The parking lot and walkways are kept clean.

The big plus of this place is a very low price, and also a quiet place! But everything else leaves much to be desired.. Cheap and very old motel! The shower does not work, everything in the room is old, midges and mosquitoes are in abundance. None of the staff ever! The breakfast that was declared on the booking was not provided, the administrator said that there would be no breakfast! Remove information about breakfast, because in principle there is no!
