Lived in the dorms for several months. It's nice year round and the accommodations are cozy, excepting the occasional ladybug season. Thousands of them infested the dorm at one point during a heavy breeding season. They didn't ruin anything but we were unable to keep them from flying into the building and inevitably becoming trapped or dying, accumulating in light fixtures, etc. Did not have this problem in GA dorm but the rooms were not as nice.
