Initially, it was a great experience. They were responsive and helpful. We are hosting a retreat next spring for over 40 women and Honeybrook was supposed to be our dinner caterer. We had finalized our food choices, and Claire was going to send me an updated final invoice before we signed the contract and sent the deposit. That was in October. It's now December, and I have still not heard back. I have sent multiple follow up emails, left a voicemail message, and messaged them on Instagram. It's extremely unprofessional to not respond at all, not even to say they are no longer interested in catering our event. We were quite excited as the food looks great, but now we have to start back at square one, having wasted a lot of time and energy. I am not usually one to write poor reviews, but I would not recommend this business.

The absolute best caterer I’ve ever encountered or worked with. They were so accommodating while we had to reschedule our wedding during COVID a few times. We ended up donating our catering to a local nonprofit and they were fully on board. Honeybrook really made it personal and went above and beyond for everything. In addition to their fantastic service, they’re food is DELICIOUS! Lots of caterers food tastes like “wedding food”. But Honeybrook’s food tastes like a great restaurant. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and with personal touches. If you hire them, get the creme fraiche!

Honeybrook Catering was the absolute best catering experience I could have asked for for my wedding. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we were left without a caterer only a few weeks before our wedding, expecting a guest count of about 145. Not only that, but my husband and I wanted a vegan/vegetarian spread. Honeybrook saved our butts. They were incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and responsive. In just a week they turned around an AMAZING menu and rounded up the staff they needed to put on a delicious and beautiful spread!!! I mean, everybody was raving about how incredible our food was (and we didn't even have the chance to taste test anything beforehand, we just described our preferences and they curated a perfect spread.) The owners were present every step of the way and the staff the day-of was so on point - friendly, attentive, & prompt getting things cleaned up for us. The fact that they were so empathetic to our situation and supportive in getting us taken care of was more than I could have asked for in such short notice. Respective of all our wishes and budget, went over and above and enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend this company to anyone in the area for any event!

My experience with Honeybrook for my wedding was amazing from start to finish. I chose Honeybrook initially for the reasonable cost, clear details about what would be included, and quick response. Before the wedding, Melissa was quick to answer questions, and the tasting they provided gave us an opportunity to know exactly what our guests would be tasting. We were blown away at the tasting and of course the wedding itself at the level of quality. Our guests LOVED the food. We had multiple comments on it. It wasn't just the food (though it was incredible). It was also the customer service level from beginning to end that would cause me to recommend them to anyone. If you are having an event in North GA, use Honeybrook!

If you are looking for amazing food for your wedding, look no further. This is hands down the best food I've ever had at a wedding! We upgraded one of our proteins to the short ribs, and I HIGHLY recommend doing this, it was the talk of the night.

We had a LOT of changes and Honeybrook worked with us on all the changes and got everything worked out at the end. Although, I do take away one star because it was slightly difficult to get ahold of them as their office hours are only Tuesday-Thurday and you cannot just call and expect to get ahold of someone. Towards the end I was wanting to talk on the phone than email because it was a lot of back and forth and we were getting down to the wire. But like I said before, everything got worked out, but it did get slightly stressful towards the end when we still had outstanding items and response was slower than anticipated.

I would work with them again because of how amazing the food and event turned out!

My husband and I are so pleased and more than satisfied with the whole catering experience for our wedding, start to finish, at Honeybrook Catering. From their prompt and informative communication, delicious food, and their service on the day of the wedding, Honeybrook went above and beyond. We especially appreciated that their punctuality and excellent service had our guests enjoy their dining experience. Not only were the owners excellent, but so were every one of their staff members. Let me start by saying, WOW. From beginning to end, these guys were so wonderful to work with! Melissa is so quick to get back to you with any questions you have. Of all the places we tried, Honeybrook was by far our favorite. They went above and beyond for the tasting and then somehow exceeded that for our wedding day. They even created a plate for my vegan friend without asking or charging. So nice! Their display on wedding day was gorgeous and everything I asked for. 10/10 recommend these guys for a smooth and easy experience for your next event!!

Honeybrook catering was the best choice I made on our wedding day. From the very beginning Melissa was the very best to work with. She answered my emails literally within minutes and always made sure to answer every.single.question in my emails (which was always a ton!!) She was super proactive and never made me feel like burden. She was able to accommodate us so well (like adding on extra food last minute and setting up an extra buffet for our kiddos). They also set up a tasting for us where we got to experience all their food and setup which was super helpful. On the wedding day, they were incredible! The food was amazing and James and Melissa along with their staff were super awesome. They setup super quickly and cleaned up afterwards very efficiently and quietly that no one even noticed anything!
I would recommend honeybrook to anyone looking for a caterer in the North Georgia area!
