Emily led the catering for our wedding and everything went wonderfully. We worked back and forth with her, including two private tastings, to design a custom all-vegetarian southern food menu from the ground up. Everything was delicious, and there was something for everyone: barbecue tofu, white bean fritters with mustard sauce, succotash, mac & cheese, cornbread, desserts, and two custom signature mocktails. We managed to take home leftovers and enjoy our wedding food for several more meals. Emily's team was helpful and professional with managing our equipment rentals (tables, chairs, etc.) as well, and coordinating setup, staffing, and cleanup with us. An absolute delight.

We had the pleasure of working with Emily and the Honeybrine Team to host our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the Officer’s Club in Adair Village. From start to finish it was a joyful process during what can be a (happy) stressful time, especially when planning from out of town. Emily’s expertise in planning the menu for mixed crowd of omnivores and vegans was very helpful and she made excellent recommendations on how much food would be needed as well. The food was delicious… all of it!!! We heard this from so many of our guests.

Emily and her staff were readily available as needed during the evening, and very pleasant to our guests. The location was perfect, just outside Corvallis, and had several spaces for us to utilize (lounge/bar, dining room, beautiful outdoor courtyard). It’s a phenomenal place and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Emily to cater and host an event at the Officer’s Club in the future.

We worked with Emily to create and deliver a number of events over the course of a week at Linn County Expo Hall. She is an OUTSTANDING partner, very knowledgeable, capable, and talented. Our club is not for profit - our budget was constrained and Emily was able to create a wonderful experience for all of our members who attended. I can not recommend Emily enough - the food was amazing, and the partnership even better than that!
