My husband and I recently spent a few days at this hotel while exploring Phoenix before making our way to the breathtaking Grand Canyon. Our arrival was very late at night, but thanks to the convenient digital key feature, we were able to bypass the front desk and head straight to our room without any hassle.

During our stay, we didn't have much interaction with the staff aside from our breakfast experience on the second morning. The gentleman who attended to us was exceptionally pleasant, cheerful, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel welcomed. The breakfast spread was quite impressive, with a wide array of options that catered to various tastes — from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty breakfast proteins.

As for our room, it was spotless and well-maintained, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, the only downside was the mattress; it was on the firmer side, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us to get a good night's sleep. The layout of the first floor was somewhat unusual at first, but we quickly adjusted and found our way around without too much difficulty.

Despite the hotel's proximity to the highway, we were pleasantly surprised that exterior noise was minimal, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the hotel's convenient location near various dining and shopping areas. We left with fond memories and are already planning to return for another visit in the future.

Wow! It’s been four years since we’ve had room service to make up our beds and straighten the room. We were very surprised after returning from a difficult day to find the room cleaned and the beds made. We travel to the valley several times a year and this will absolutely be the place we stay. The selection of eateries surrounding the area and shopping, are all within walking distance. Staff was friendly professional and polite.

My wife is celiac and she has had great breakfast choices every morning. Excellent staff great location , very clean. It has been a while since we have stayed at such a nice hotel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near I-17 and offering a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. We appreciated the proximity of a Walmart right next to the hotel. The room was clean and featured a well-equipped kitchen. While the breakfast was decent, lacking the option to make waffles was a downside for our selective eater. We were disappointed that coffee wasn't available all day at the coffee station, and we never had the chance to try the evening appetizers during our stay. All the staff members were friendly, appeared content in their roles, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. We felt secure both within and around the hotel. During our extended stay, we made use of the laundry facility, which was good, but we found the price of three dollars per load quite high. Attending a sports event, we had to do laundry three times, which amounted to a total of $18 for washing and drying.

It is a great place to stay. All of the employees were nice, friendly, and professional.

The bed, however, has had better YEARS, not days...YEARS. The bed literally sunk me down a hands length. I wasn't able to get as comfortable as I usually am in a hotel bed, but outside of that, the room and my stay were nice.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for the family. It was nice to be able to cook our own food instead of eating out every night. There was a walmart just around the corner and tons of other stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

I hope the gym can be opened in the afternoon. Other than that, everything is great.

My room had a “serious mechanical problem” before I checked in. I found out after the fact that they actually overbooked the hotel and bumped me because I was paying a set rate. They also charged me more for the downgrade, but I got that fixed. So instead of putting me in a different room, I was sent to the neighboring 2-star hotel (this one is 3). I was expecting a kitchenette to cook my own meals because I have dietary restrictions, but the room I ended up with only had a mini fridge, not even a microwave. Very disappointed in how they handled the situation and what they think is acceptable on how they treat their guests.
