This hotel's location was extremely convenient to the area as everything is in walking distance for the most part. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. The rooms were a little dated and they are in need of some touch ups. Everything in the room was clean and tidy when I arrived.

Great location, older property with cleaning and maintenance issues. Just a lot of little things that add up. Dirty elevator, broken drawer in bathroom, bathroom door lock broken and couldn't get in, not enough towels. |Front desk staff aren't rude but certainly not welcoming. Sit at Front desk with heads down on phone. |Breakfast had tasty options like pork carnitas but not being replenished even when I told them out of Tortillas- he literally only brought 3 more out and it was 8:20 - 40 more minutes left of Breakfast time. Oatmeal was empty and he never replenished. He kept area clean but at expense of keeping food hot and replenished. Many dishes were lukewarm or cold.|Chocolate milk had soured. |Lots of restaurants to walk to in walkable area.

The elevator was always dirty with grass and dirt, along with the breakfast area. When the breakfast buffet opens at 6:00 am, people load up on breakfast and pack their lunch, leaving others to wait until food and beverages are restocked. There are (coin operated) 2 - washer and 2 -dryers, but 1 washer and 1 dryer was down. I had planned to stay from Feb 1-21, but after just 2-days I left and went somewhere else. The shower wasn't very nice. I never post reviews, but thought it best to let people be warned!

The location, breakfast and size of the room was good. The room we stayed in was very dated, dingy and not well maintained. The carpet and furniture were stained. The carpet had burned stains, curtains were dirty, shower curtain was ripped at the top and the toilet rocked when sat on. The curtains cannot be closed and it was too bright in the room for sleeping. The internet did not work. I have stayed in many Hilton properties and was surprised by the condition of this room for a Hilton property.

There is a lady in housekeeping Chaz. She went beyond our expectations. Ty. Our rooms were clean. Sheets were new. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again

Really nice location. Linens seemed to be a really scarce commodity though (sheets and towels). The equipment in the gym needs some maintenance as well.

Although Becky the front desk was very nice the many issues could not be solved by her. I expressed my issues several times and she stated she made management award, but not one of the reach out to me for this two day stay. I was here to support my son in college band and homecoming, but couldn’t fully enjoy it because I couldn’t rest in my room. The room had a horrible odor with flees/gnats biting me, the bed also had a smell. It was freezing in the room, the air would not tricker off in spite of Becky assisting me.The TV was not a smart TV so I couldn’t even cast my phone to watch television. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in 2 years of staying in hotels 3 to for times a month in Huntsville

Rooms are very dated. Smell old but VERY CLEAN! As for customer service I give it a 10/10. Shannon the front desk clerk was amazing! She was so kind and patient with me. I drive a semi truck and had issues finding decent accommodation due to parking. Shannon guided me to this hotel and stayed on the phone until i found parking. Her customer service makes this place a 5
