TL/DR - Clean rooms, great service, would recommend.

Everyone was friendly and they had a warm inviting atmosphere. The room was clean. I loved that they had a cook top in the kitchen. Slightly older location with normal wear and tear (like chemical/cleaning spots around the toilet)

I liked the blanket they had on the bed. I hate synthetic cloth textures. This one seemed to be mostly or 100% cotton.

If you are picky about everything being brand new you should stay at a new hotel. Otherwise this is a great location.

After checking into my room late Sunday night I noticed Monday morning my room wasn’t vacuumed, I asked the young blonde hair lady for the manager, she told me that she couldn’t see me bc she’s in a meeting, but I expressed my frustration about the room and she said that she will make sure the manager knows and have the room clean. Well I came back later that night and my room still wasn’t clean. The young lady at the front desk moved me to another room and it still wasn’t clean. I went back down stairs and they gave me a push Broom to sweep with…. I was so upset bc as a diamond member this is ridiculous that I have to put up with that. And to top it off, I was about to put some dishes in the dishwasher and it was already dirty dishes in there before our check in.

Clean rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and pillows with a small bathroom vanity. Plenty of parking on site. Enjoyed the breakfast Mexican food options for breakfast. This property needs more investment for renovations. Furniture replacement is needed. Very small gym facility. Only negative is industry wide, there is no room service for 3 days or less stay however the room prices are the same or higher prior to covid.

First time here in Dayton and it has been wonderful. This is a wonderful place to have a spot. Everything from shopping for clothes and groceries, to dining options are so close. I am so happy I was booked at this location. This is my second trip and it's been wonderful again.

May have been nice once...but no longer. Filthy, dinge, and run down. Tub didn't drain properly when taking a shower. Had queen size sheets on a king size bed. AC ran loudly. Stains in bathroom. Very noisy industrial room next to us.

Our stay was disappointing. As a laundry attendant for another hotel brand, I went in with reasonable expectations, but what we experienced was hard to ignore. There were little black shaved hairs all over the duvet on our king bed, and the pull-out bedding wasn’t any better—it also had hair on it. All the blankets looked so old and worn, like they hadn’t been replaced or properly cleaned in ages.

Breakfast wasn’t much better. Even though we got up around 7:30-8:00 a.m., there were barely any options, and what little food was available tasted old and stale. I didn’t want to feel like a problem or make a fuss, but it’s frustrating when basic cleanliness and quality aren’t there. I expected more.

I am here right now . I can say that so far, everything is clean and very nice . The people have been very friendly from the check-in desk to the young lady preparing the breakfast. The breakfast has a lot of different things to choose from . Breakfast tacos, sauage, cereal, juice, oatmeal, and so much more . This is our first wake-up here and two more to go until check out . So far, I give it a 4 star . I will update after our stay is over . They are pet friendly, and yes, there is an extra fee, but so far, it's worth it .

Ok so I never really give bad reviews so here we go.... hotel was nice and cozy. It was very well located across from DAYTON MALL.!!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME.!! breakfast was ehhhhh just ok.. looks to have been very nice at one time. It was just an older hotel with 1 elevator...
