I would say overall everything was great. Except for one thing, the parking. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't own its own parking lot. It was interesting to ha e to pay for the parking separately from the hotel. Other than that, the service was friendly, helpful, kind, and fun. The breakfast had great options and was well presented. The room was large and clean. I liked having the kitchen setup as well. Thank yall for the stay.

Great location. Room clean but a bit worn. Free breakfast, very basic. Go early, if it's close to shutting down they don't replenish food. Floors sticky. Ridiculous to be charged $20 a night for a dark, unattended parking lot. I've stayed at better hotels and $20 per night meant Valet. I guess they figure the good location justifies this over charge. Location is the best asset of this hotel.

I had a great time here, staff were great and the rooms were nice and well-equipped with a full fridge, cooking setup, and even a dishwasher. They even had plant-based breakfast meat options in the continental breakfast which I've never seen in a hotel breakfast before. Easy walk to public transit and plenty of food options in the area as well. Looking forward to coming back when I'm in town!

This Homewood still gets it! Clean & modern, but what really was impressive is that they still appreciate their customers! With the decline in service after COVID, this place is striving to be better. Wednesday reception was as levels above what I have seen at other hotels recently! Friendly staff and the director of sales was making his rounds to make sure everyone knew that their business was appreciated. I will be back when in the area. Nice rooms & great customer service!

Great location with easy access to everything. It’s nowhere disclosed that parking costs $20 a day which is insane. The parking lot is unattended, dark and there is no one monitoring back there. It’s a totally separate entrance.
The hotel rooms were clean but you could tell the furniture was old. I didn’t even touch the couch with a ten foot pole. It does have a small kitchen but the pots/pans are super old. The bed was okay, but not horrible.
The attendant was very kind. The biggest turn off that would stop he from being back is the parking fee. It’s unreasonable.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a top floor room- no view, but the room itself was large and quiet. Negative: Room was nice, but a bit rundown. Some areas that needed care-wall paper peeling, hole in bathroom, stained couch. Overall the room was good but clearly the maintenance was lacking.

Upon check in there was food left in the refrigerator and trash left in the king bedroom trash can. Today we notified front desk that we were leaving and only wanted trash services and clean towels when we returned no one had been to the room. It is still trash and dirty towels. I have stayed here a few times and never paid for parking so that was another surprise. Also all of the ice machines were broken as well as the back elevator.

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were from a box and tasted like onion, horrible consistency. One morning we came down at 7 am and there was no coffee made. Our floor smelled like weed all night and it wafted into our room. Only one of the 4 mornings we were here, they had potatoes at breakfast. Smell of cigarette smoke on the bottom floor of the hotel near parking lot. I’m a Hilton rewards member, will never come to this hotel again.
