Really great room, especially for the price. Having a full size fridge and small kitchenette was a great bonus. Kathryn at the front desk was great and super helpful with checking us in smoothly. We will definitely be coming back here when staying in the area again.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this extended stay property. The facility is impeccably clean, and the staff is both friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming environment. The presence of security at night adds an extra layer of reassurance for guests. The rooms feature full-size refrigerators and well-appointed kitchen areas, which are ideal for longer stays. Additionally, the bathrooms have been recently updated, providing a modern and comfortable experience. Throughout my visit, I encountered no issues, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and amenities provided. I will certainly choose this property again should my travels bring me through Salem. Highly recommended!

Had a terrible experience here. I advise not to stay here and find an honest place to stay instead.
Website says free breakfast. At checking they said breakfast canceled due to covid. Covid was 5 years ago!
Was told we had a first story room but at checking their story changed and we were put on the 2nd floor.
The room was barren and ghetto.
Also, they will charge you $40 for “backing into a parking space” if you drive a Tesla but not if you drive a gas guzzler.

Let’s give -500 for security, I check in at 9pm, as I entered I knew there was something g wrong. I entered the check in desk and the lady who was checked me in didn’t seem quite good either. As I went upstairs towards my room I still didn’t feel safe, however I entered somehow settled and was preparing to go to bed when I thought of ordering food as I ordered some food and was going out of my room to get the delivery I saw two people doing some shady questionable activity in exchange of something which lead me to go back to my room, and ask the delivery woman to drop it off at my room. There were weird sounds from next room, some bikers were downstairs later I read reviews about this motel as druggie spot etc etc. I had to leave abruptly at midnight to locate to another hotel without handing over the keys in a scared manner for my life. It was not at all a good experience. I am not currently there since I changed my place however it is not a good place to stay at in Salem. Please avoid if you have family, love yourself and are concerned about your safety,

I need my security deposit back and the refund of entire hotel stay which I will dispute for sure.

Pretty upset about our stay here. Originally booked a week an unfortunately had a family emergency in medford 3 days after we arrived. The hotel an Expedia both refused to grant a refund for the last 4 nights after communicating that I had a family emergency. Not to mention so much stuff in the rooms had damage. The fridge was broken, the headboards were all scratched an peeled. An the chairs were ripped to the point we couldn't sit on them because they looked like they were about to break. Definitely won't ever be coming back an won't be encouraging my family or friends to use this place for their own safety. The bathroom floor was soft from water damage. Found a black shoe under the AC which means the rooms are being half ass cleaned. Very disappointing after spending over 500$

Check in was really smooth and the receptionist was amazing. It had everything we needed for the night. And it was quiet as well despite being next to the highway. Plenty of outlets and good lighting in the bathroom. It also has 2 burners for cooking.
There were no bad odors or stains in the room. However the floor could have used another mopping.

Overall for the price this place was a bargain and should I be out this way again I would definitely grab another room here

My girl booked her room on line from Newport she meet me there 8:50 pm guy at front office no where in sight . Used outside phone no one answered. People was try to check in they been wait 15 eary then us .my girl tried call everyone who had deal in booking rooms no one could help .she booked new hotel and still fighting get money back and apology for wrong .Everyone reads off scripts say they can't help get money refunded. Very unsafe hotel with that many people there need be someone at front desk .A robot would be perfect there have someone to talk to .March 6 2025 8:50 pm ( UNSAFE HOTEL )

I wish I could remember the employees' names, but for my stay here they have all been very respectful and the maids have given us clean towels every day of our stay.
