Initially, we found the accommodation's layout to be unusual, with a microwave at the entrance and a fridge and sink outside the bathroom. The bathroom sink is also in the kitchen area - so 2 sinks basically next to each other. Very ackward. We were also lacking in basic amenities like soap and hand towels, but the staff provided these essentials upon request. They have wall dispensers but everyone was empty. The flooring contributed to a clean environment, while the bed was passable, but the pillows were lumpy. Given the price, the room was tolerable for a weekend stay, despite initial stale smoke smell in our room despite it being a smoke free room. Lingering pot smells in the stairwell as well. We kept the ac on to keep air circulating and to avoid the noise from other patrons. I would not consider this a extended stay property. You don't even get plasticware or cups. There is nothing in the kitchen area -- cupboards are totally empty.

I honestly have never had an issue with red roof of any kind before but this experience was just unacceptable. I had pre booked and prepaid for the largest room type the king suite. Upon arrival to the red roof I was told that there was a problem with the rooms system and that they would be "upgrading me". The upgrade included charging me the same price for a smaller room. I sais out loud to the satff that it wasnt necessarily an upgrade, but as long as it caught me a room.I was okay with it. Upon entering the room we were met with the overwhelming smell of mildew and mold. The bed was about the only clean thing in the room. There was dirty counters, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, mold in the air conditioner/ heater, mold on the safe and mold in the coffee pot. The room looked like it had been used and slapped together quickly. In the morning I went to the desk and made my concerns and complaints known to the day staff and they told me that the night girls had most likely double booked my original room and given me a dirty room. Of course there was no manager present so I asked that she take my name and phone number so that they could contact me when available.

Lovi, works the front the back and all in between. She goes above and beyond for her guests. She and the other crew make a great teamm! But Lovi keeps the boat afloat

Disappointed because the room had an unpleasant odor had to keep air on high all night. The sink next to bathroom was closed and would not drain water used the kitchen sink to brush my teeth. There was an odor coming from the pillows which were old and were just weird not a typical pillow. The bed was good which is all we mostly needed. So I won’t be returning to this for any other Red Roof motel again. There also were families living there which I felt bad about.

The stay is comfortable and welcoming. The front desk person Sweeney is always cheerful and so kind. Both the Red Roof Inn and HomeTowne Studios is a good place to stay if you're looking for a place and are from our of town. The housekeeping is always on point

The hotel is close to the freeway. Nice area, it’s quiet, close to a lot stores very convenient area. Sumanth Sweeney is at the front desk and was a great help wonderful customer service. The room was very clean, and nice size, hot water great pressure.
