The room was dirty, the floor was so dirty it was sticky. There were roaches all over the room dead and alive. The sheets were dirty, beds unmade. There was no towels, toilet paper, or a shower curtain. When asked the manager for those items, he was extremely rude!! We checked out and had to find another hotel to finish our stay in Covington.

I arrive from Christmas dinner to check into my hotel at about 7:50 PM last night. They close at seven on the website they say they offer continental breakfast. That’s a lie. They don’t offer that but they do offer is door to your hotel room that has been previously pried open with a crowbar. The bathroom and the kitchen head infested overrun with roaches. We had to leave our room door open for 2 1/2 hours just so we can filter out the bug bomb spray that they had let off in the room prior to me checking in great location. It’s easy to get to the highway, but it was not easy to go to sleep here last night. The condensation from the bug spray is still on my window this morning. There’s two beds in my room the kids bed awesome. They’re still sleeping. I’m up awake alert and packed so that we can check out and go to the next hotel. I’ve never in my life really written a bad review ever about a hotel or a motel. I have a lot of reviews. A lot of people follow me on this site. This is just a huge disappointment.

Travel a long way for michigan to stay at this hotel. We walked in the room I seen a cockroach. The floors were so sticky. Room smell so bad. Bathroom was dirty. Kitchen was look like it was falling apart. All and all the room was so gross. Didn't look like they clean it in a long time. I'm was not going to let my kids stay there. I hope I get my money back. We left. We didn't even stay. I feel like I wasted my money. Horrible experience.

The front desk lady is the most heartwarming, kindest, genuine and helpful lady I’ve met in quite along time! She runs the front desk, gets people settled in and etc, but who she is as a person is why I’m doing this review. She deserves recognition. She actually puts being a good human into actions without thought or hesitation. My husband and I recently fell into a hard ship and are dealing with quite a lot at once, one of those hardships is no home, we was trying to rent a place to figure out our next move and she did everything in her means to help get us in asap. She even thought of us throughout the night before our stay, and had everything in order the next morning as quickly as she could to ensure we didn’t have to sleep in our car again, and could sign in and get our room!! She has been a blessing during this difficult time, and one that’s counted greatly and much appreciated. She is proof good humans with kind hearts and no hidden agendas are still among us. I will always be grateful.

Seems like a up and coming area , my room looks newly renovated and the lady at the front desk Shameka is very nice and helpful

I stayed at the Red Roof in Home Suites in Covington Ga located at 9161 City Pond Rd. On 10/8/2024 at approximately 14:50pm I recieved a knock at the door of room 111 where I was met by the manager by the name of Alfonzo or Alonzo Im not exactly sure because he did not annouce himself. (I got his name from one of the workers)

He stated the room was supposed to be empty I explain I extended my reservation and attempted to show him my proof. I also shared that the office manager stated she was going on break and would return at 15:00 hours to redo my payment because the person who took my payment details over the phone may have entered it incorrectly.

I was then told I had to step out of the room because the payment was not made. So I grabbed my purse and asked if he could take my payment. He said "No Im walking around putting people out who aint made their payment like you" I was highly offeneded nonetheless I was able to complete my payment with the return of the office manager. However once I completed my payment I was still unable to enter my purchased room even after serveral attempts to reset the key cards, apparently the guy had put a key card in that prevented another key to be set for the room.

This entire episode was extremely excessive and rude to say it steam from their failure to enter my payment information correctly. There was no professionalism, or compassion for the situation. I was here from Saturday 10/06/2024 with no complaints even with roaches crawling in the bed, the bathroom, the tables, the wall, the stove and microwave and on my personal items. There was also roaches in the main office. I only was there to rest after being involved in a car accident in the area that totaled my car.

Red Roof Guest Relations Manager called to offer me some points that "almost" equals to one free night stay. I refused because I will never stay at this location or a Red Roof establishment ever again in life.

I got kicked out, paid my rent on time then I had to leave hotel on a hurry because someone took my money
my truck and trailer with all of my belongings and left me as a homeless person this is a roach hotel as well also new general mean as all get out. Don't like disabled people and kicked them out as well my rent weekly was 389.93 a week to much

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel room was infested with roaches coming out of the vents and traveling throughout the room. The hotel bed was "crunchy," with soiled/stained mattresses. The office closed early so there was no one to reach to assist or request a different room.
