The entire staff is amazing. They are so welcoming and courteous, and most of all, they are patient. I was having trouble getting to check in on time, I called ahead and when I arrived she had my papers ready for me to check in and go! Chequalyn was so helpful. I wasn’t satisfied with my initial room, she didn’t hesitate to not only show me other rooms, but made sure my needs and concerns were met. She kept a smile on and offered great feedback and answered all of my questions, and even asked how she could accommodate me to help me feel even more comfortable. Lastly Juanita, she is simply a blessing. No matter how big or small, she is always ready to offer her assistance. She definitely leads by example, and has built a great team beside her. That speaks volumes amongst itself. I will always choose this HomeTowne Studios location whenever I need another place to call home!!!

The management team here is phenomenal, customer service is top notch, they do their best to make sure every day at this hotel is phenomenal. Johnathan is the best hotel General manager I’ve ever dealt with. And shout out to Juanita at the front desk 10/10, coming back for sure

Gave 1 star because no option for less. Door wouldn’t close or lock properly. Room had not been cleaned. Toilet was left filthy. Infested with roaches, they were on the walls, ceiling, floor, even in the shower. Photos were taken and sent to our travel agency. Sinks did not drain. The kitchenette was deplorable. Electrical outlets sparking and cutting out. No face towels but after seeing all the roaches all we wanted was out of there. Don’t be fooled by online pictures because they definitely aren’t as advertised.

We purchased a package combo from Expedia for a flight/hotel/rental car to travel to GA for a funeral on 10/26-28/2024. We arrived very early on Sunday 10/27-A little before 4am so of course we were exhausted. We immediately noticed the floor was dirty, but the bedding appeared clean, so we had to rest. We awoke to notice there was no washcloths, no trash can, no disposable cups. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Inside the shower, walls, floors, nightstand, fridge and the worst was on the ceiling right above the bed! The bathroom sink had hairs in it and didn’t drain for about 5 minutes after I brushed my teeth. The toilet was filthy as well. The fridge was beat to heck. The stove hood was disgustingly filthy. The door did not latch safely and appeared to have been broken into prior.
We immediately notified Expedia and received a partial refund after fighting with them for a half hour. We called the front desk, notifying them we had left and why. The man simply said “ok” and hung up. The location got 2 stars because their signage is difficult to see.

Horrible service. 1. I'm still waiting on a refund that was taken care of by quo & it was done on Dec.5th. Still haven't received it. 2. The area was filthy junkies walking around asking for money,room had roaches. 3 security guard threatens to call CPS on me and my family because my kids were playing to loud at 6o clock at night. corporate is about to hear from me

If I could give this a ZERO, I would. My husband and I booked a longer stay for a business trip down in ATL. We booked through Hotels.com, I will not be using them in the future either. When we came to check-in, the doors were locked, and no one would answer the phone. They have charged us for the entire stay even though we have tried to check-in multiple days at different times. We even called Corporate, and they couldn't get in touch with them. This is the WORST.

Only thing good about this place was the guy checking us in. Super nice and friendly. Place is horrible. No blankets for the bed. Floor sloped so bad, drawers on dresser wouldn't stay shut. Fridge was jacked up with cardboard to appear level. Door had been kicked in, and the trimmed was just put back on without repairing it. Shower door was barely hanging in tracks, didn't even use it for fear it would completely fall off and break. Paid extra for a kingsizw bed, got a double.bed. Room.didnt look like the ad at all. Would not recommend to anyone.
