recently stayed at this hotel and had a really good experience, its kid friendly especially considering the affordable price. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly place without sacrificing comfort.
The hotel itself is cozy and well-kept, and comfortable atmosphere. Everything is really close by. Different stores and outlets are essential. but what really stood out to me was the customer service, particularly from the manager, Caroline. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure guests felt valued. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff actually cares, unlike some places where management can be indifferent or even rude.
It’s comfortable, well-managed, and offers a pleasant stay I’d definitely stay here again!

The room reeks of weed and cig smoke. The bathroom door does no close. The frig still has food. Mouse turds all over the floor. Wiped down wet bathroom floor, towel turned nasty. Band-aid stuck to the headboard. Went to get sheets across the street at tj max and also picked up Febreze and cleaner to survive tonight. Traveling with friends that got a room with NO bathroom door, no towels, and one bed only had mattress with a fitted sheet. Overheard that manager got fired a few hours ago. Stuck here for night.

I don’t know where to start. No pillows for bed, no toilet paper, no shower curtain, Mold, filthy floor, Brent electrics sockets, A/C unit with no filter and filthy. Paid for two nights. Packed up and left. I have never left a review before but I could not believe what I experienced. When I went to front desk it was closed so I drove off. No way this room was ever cleaned in any way. Yelling all night from rooms next store and dogs barking in other rooms. The cigarette smoke smell was so overwhelming. I have pictures of it all but when I upload it won’t show them. I will send to anyone that asks.

If you want to spend the night with roaches and have the police knock on your door be my guest. This place needs to be shut down immediately and they should be investigated I will be contacting the health department. Bed bugs galore, rude manager who didn’t even show up til 9:20am and stole my money. The check-in was horrible no sheets and ashes on the bed with mold all in the shower. The latch on the door locked me out. The night manager was nice and apologized, then switched me to another room and said “this side should be better and it’s an old building that needs to be renovated that’s why it’s roaches and the other side had trash build up but someone would be in to spray the room down”. Refrigerator had crumbs, hair and an old bottle of ranch proving no one cleaned the room. I took the sheets off the mattress and it was a dead bug literally sitting there and hair on the “changed” sheets proving they were never changed. Paid for a non-smoking room only to see ashes everywhere still in the “new” room and a black and mild but under the bed. Dead roaches everywhere and not a remote for the tv. Then the morning manager had marijuana on the front desk counter and claimed it came from me because the counter was just cleaned. I can’t make this up like I thought someone was going to jump out as a prank. Then the best part was a domestic dispute happened right next door and I had the police knocking on my door asking did I witness anything. Pure comedy folks.

Hello, i am writing this review because it is simply one of the worst experiences at a motel in the great Atlanta area!!! I am astonished at how a room can be in this condition and still rented out. I would never walk barefoot or even step into the shower. This review is on account of a colleague of mine who should be exposed to these conditions as he is sickly. Employees Caroline and Amber were so understanding and deserve customer service rewards.

I've reached out to the corporate office in regards to this location. I've written a comical review but the reality is extremely concerning. The message that I've sent to corporate, and will continue to follow up on, only discusses the direct facts of what occured, and didn't even address the staff. But for my own therapeutic response I created this more fun version (still accurate) of my experience. Seriously though, don't stay here the potential for death and disease is higher then other places. You can find specific examples in local news reports that you can find online.

If you're looking for an unforgettable hotel experience—emphasis on the un—this Red Roof Inn is calling your name. It all started innocently enough. From the outside, it looked like a fairly decent spot, maybe even charming in a "roadside Americana" kind of way. Sure, I thought it was a bit odd that no one was working until 3 p.m., but hey, maybe they were hosting an underground siesta competition. I can roll with it.

I return later to a lobby full of people—so far, so normal, right? Speed, however, was not on the menu. After watching what I can only describe as the slowest human movements ever recorded, I waited 45 minutes for my turn, getting skipped over multiple times like I was a background character in my own life. But fine, whatever.

Finally, I get a room. Or so I thought. The door was more stubborn than a mule on a hot day. After some wrestling, we manage to pry it open, and let me tell you—I was amazed. Where there should have been a TV, there was instead a gaping hole to remind me of better days. The AC unit had taken a permanent vacation, and the sink? It just didn’t show up to work. But hey, they did provide a box spring mattress—no sheets, no bedding, just a raw mattress like it was auditioning for a survivalist challenge. Oh, and let’s not forget my unexpected roommates: the cockroaches, who had claimed the shower as their personal resort.

I go back to the front desk, and they kindly offer to switch rooms. At this point, I'm on my phone desperately trying to book another hotel. But just for fun, I decide to check out the other room they have in store for me. Well, guess what? The door wouldn’t open. Why, you ask? Oh, just a casual barricade of furniture blocking it from the inside. The window was wide open, so I got a clear view of the DIY fortress. I'm starting to think this place has a secret escape room theme.

The staff, probably used to this circus, graciously offered me a refund. Honestly, I feel bad for them. They’re like the underpaid actors in this horror movie, dealing with a never-ending stream of complaints. It’s probably why they were so indifferent; you can only smile through so much chaos before you crack.

Bottom line: don’t go to this place unless you’re training for a survival reality show. Trust me, your health (and sanity) will thank you.

Roaches infestation they try to tell you everything under the sun who they affiliated with they have pest control this that and the third. It’s Bullshit. Don’t stay here I wouldn’t let a wild bird stay here. Did I mention the roach infestation omg they just keep coming no stop boric acid don’t mean a damn thing. Them roaches got more lives than a cat. It’s ridiculous. From management down to maintenance is full of attitude and pure d laziness. Don’t stay here I don’t know how many times I have to keep saying this. It’s not clean the toilet is literally for a little person or toddler. Don’t let me forget the Roaches they EVERYWHERE all sizes from King size to just born roaches. Don’t stay here unless you want to stay with roaches. Infestation and filthy rooms kids bump and bang all damn night they sit on the stairs beg for money and all

The location is not family friendly and its the steroptypical extended stay. They have an armed security officer and the police response 3x tonight is pretty quick but for a full nights sleep and feeling safe STAY ELSE WHERE . this aint it The man next door sounded like he was getting beat up , he was yelling at himself.
