Our 2nd time staying here in Texhoma.. cant say enough!! The gentleman who has now checked us in twice has got to be the kindest man on the planet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the property is clean and quiet, and located off US 54 at the state line. As a pilot car we stay in hotels A LOT, this is a great place! Definitely stay here! I inquired about coffee in the morning and shortly got a knock on the door, the nice man brought us a coffee pot and real cups with all the fixings, said he may not be here in the morning and wanted us to have coffee!!! Omgosh, my heart melts!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. We asked to move 2x because the rooms were in poor shape, dirty and gross and when I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go online and wait. I do not recommend anyone staying here! Go to Dalhart or Guyman.

Very clean and most importantly a soft mattress. Friendly staff safe parking by room door lots of room for trailers too. Better than any other room this trip even one that cost twice the price this place needs nothing.

First, we called and booked it over the phone.
The rate they gave us over the phone was different than the rude host/front desk guy charged me. When I told him we had a reservation, he basically called me a liar (wanted nothing to do it the confirmation # I was given) and told me that he has to call his main office (the same # we called to book the room). The lady at the other end of the phone confirmed and gave him our total, yet he still changed it to a different price. It's kind of an oxymoron when you tell people that you have to follow what the main office says, then change things to suit what you think.
There is no receipt here other than a credit card receipt. Unfortunately, my company may not accept that.

Since the rooms don't have coffee brewers (as I was so told, to many of their past clientele steal them), I inquired if they offer it in the morning there in the office. I was informed that basically, they are the only ones since COVID that has not been able to resume providing that service.

On the upside, the place was clean and empty. It was only us and one other room occupied for the night. Rooms were clean, and the shower provided hot water with great pressure.

Well, first off, I stay in motels 4 to 5 nights a week. The check in process for the most part is pretty decent, but this place really threw me for a loop. The front desk guy was kind of rude. There was no computer and no printer so I had to sign in on a hand written piece of paper. There was no way for me to get a receipt. When I asked about the receipt, the guy blew up and was pretty rude.
I have celiac disease, and have to bring my food with me every week. They had no ice machine. The microwave turntable wouldn’t turn, and melted my plastic container. So I got to eat part of my food. The towels seem decent, but the wash cloths are dingy blue and look like they have been here for ages.
On a good note, the room was clean and they have hot water. They have good sheets and pillowcases and the bed is comfortable.
If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, I’d say it’s worth it.
If you’re looking for a three star or better, I definitely keep looking.
Good luck
