We like to stay at this hotel, when travelling to Florida. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen, plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, and our suite was quite spacious. Their rooms are pet friendly as well. One suggestion is for the front desk staff ( not everyone) to be more welcoming and not be distracted by their phone. They have a well equipped gym, which we took advantage of while we were there. Breakfast is standard but we appreciated the fresh fruit and some may like making their own waffles at the buffet. There are mainly fast food or casual dining places nearby like Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse ( very popular with limited parking) nearby. The mall is just down the street. This was a satisfactory stay on our way south.

Some electronic door locks did not work for over a month. It took another month to find a toaster for the breakfast bar. I never did get a cook top for my entire 4 month stay. Conversely, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Rooms were well kept and comfortable. The location was convenient to interstate access and restaurants.

My second time staying at a Home 2 Suite by Hilton, and I’m super impressed! Like the last one, this hotel and the staff are impressive The decor is modern and super clean. We booked a night last minute using points as we were on the road. The kid at the checkin was super nice and friendly. We were quickly off to our room. Everything was downhill from there. This room was in very poor condition. Think frat house. The floor of the accessible shower was so dirty my wife wouldn’t use it. I did - it was gross. Off to bed, the bed was lopsided - don’t was good we were tired. We are Hilton Diamond - this room may be the worst I’ve ever had. Hilton do better!

The bed was comfortable and clean. Some staining on the floor, no desk chair for the desk, and a clearly dirty wash cloth. Staff was friendly enough, only saw them to check-in. Use grubhub or Uber eats for your food if you don't bring your own. Right off the highway, great gas stations to the right over the highway bridge when leaving the hotel.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. Being Hilton Honors members this hotel was not the standard we are accustomed to. 1. We were not recognized as Hilton members when we checked in. No free waters until I asked. 2. Our room had one fork and no coffee maker plus all of our dishes were still in the dishwasher. When I tried to call the front desk to report this there was no answer. I reported this in a chat to Hilton honors and again no answer so we were on our own. The next day after breakfast all of the key cards stopped working in the entire hotel so the manager had to let us back in after breakfast. So inconvenient. Therefore no one knew we checked out since I didn’t turn a key card in since they didn’t work. So much confusion at this Hilton. Will not stay at a Home 2 ever again.

This hotel is filthy. I mean nasty as hell. It’s so bad I plan to reach out to Hilton corporate directly with complaints and concerns.

I’m forced to stay in this hotel due to my job and my employer putting me here, but I’m counting the days until I leave.

There is hair all over the place. It took 4 room changes before I was finally put in a room that didn’t have hair all over the place. Even still, because they don’t vacuum the hallways you will trek hair into your room and it will disgust you because it will be all over the tile floor.

The bathrooms are not being cleaned. I have included photos of the bathroom from room number 3 showing the black mold growing in the shower.

The television in my room doesn’t connect to the internet which does not allow for me to use any of the apps on the tv.

Then there is the smell. The hotel smells like sewage. The lady at the front desk told me it’s the water. If the water smells that bad I imagine people must be showering in contaminated sewer water or something.

I normally like Hilton more than Marriott, but this is without a doubt the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed.

Your typical garbage "3 star" hotel that is found around the country. The manager is a bit weird. Maybe bored of his job and going wacky. Staff is mediocre. Washer/dryer is terrible. Decor is awful. The good news is that it is the more decent of the three stars. The bad news is that you're in valdosta. Can't win.
