Do not say in room 417!!! The room at this location was in horrible shape. I was informed when I checked it was the last room they had and needed some maintenance. I was informed the fridge was not working and the door to the bathroom was not working either but it was just me so it was fine. However the AC was only blowing cold and it was very loud. Like a loud engine falling apart and banging noises. The heater did not work and I couldn’t control the unit from the thermostat. Maintenance was called and change it to where I could manage it from the wall unit instead of the thermostat. I again informed them that the AC was very loud. During business calls I had to turn it off because it was just too loud. Finally I just left in the middle of the night about midnight because there was just too many issues with the room besides the maintenance issues reported to me when I checked it. The shower was not clean, there was a dirty towel hanging on the shower door, and the bag that holds the spare blanket was open with other items in it. Other fixtures in the room was broken and the air vents looked like someone tried to rip it out the ceiling. The lobby was nice, breakfast was okay and staff was kind. I tired to speak with a supervisor about these issues but was only informed she would follow back up with me. She never did. No one offered another room until I checked out in the middle of the night. And after reading these reviews it doesn’t seem like switching rooms would help anyway. I wish I could upload the recordings of the air unit sounds (so as to share with management) because it was just that bad!!

From the onset, the desk clerk proved exceptional. Once we got to our room, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, the decor and the efficient room layout. They had one snafu, which was minimal in a remote control needed new batteries. Outside of that, I am quite impressed with their dog friendly atmosphere and the focus Hilton put into this property to cater to us dog lovers.

Rooms were semi clean. Breakfast was okay. Our shower was disgusting, so I had to clean it. Housekeeping never came, and we were there for 4 days. When I sent my daughter to get trash bags from housekeeping (they didn't speak English) so she had to wait until they pulled out a translator on their phone to understand what she said. I didn't even want to ask about cleaning our room. They wouldn't take our towels and give us new ones or take our trash. The TV screen was blue with only 50 channels. The amount of money you're spending at this hotel; I would've expected better.

Been flying all day. Got to hotel about 9:30pm. Get to my room and as soon as I open the door, cigarette smell and room is very warm even though thermostat showed 68F. I get my bags in place and start to settle in. Go to the bathroom and turn on light, bath mat hanging on shower door had 2 black boot stains on it hanging there for guests to see. I don’t get that. At least try to hide it. So I start looking closely at bathroom and permanent mount soap dish still had soap remnants left over, hairs on shower floor. Was room even cleaned? I turned off thermostat and waited before starting it back up. After 10 mins I turned on AC and waited for it to cool room. Nothing. Went downstairs and told desk clerk what was going on. She decided to call maintenance to get them to room and address the AC issue. I obliged. Went back to room and she tried what I did with AC. Maintenance never showed. Desk clerk put me in another room. Packed my stuff into new room, again ready to settle in as it’s 10:15-10:30pm. Went to lock door and neither the door and door lock would engage. Shut door firmly, even lifting door but nothing. Didn’t want to disturb the other guests. That was it. Grabbed my stuff went to front desk and told clerk I’m going somewhere else. Granted she was nice and helpful and tried but it was getting late and had an early morning. She did state that she had issues with maintenance. Sad thing is hotel seemed new or remodeled but it’s worn out. I like the Hilton brand though not my 1st choice when it comes to hotels. It’s the bad apples that spoil it for the brand. Went across street to Hampton Inn, room is perfect…

We had to be moved twice. The first room was ice cold and the thermostat didn't work. The second room was also ice cold, but we were able to shut off air. But, the sheets were dirty. Weren't laundered between guests. The third room was fine. I must say the staff at the desk were always very accommodating. We stayed at this location a few years ago with no issues. As we looked around one could tell it's not being well maintained.

Hi, I just need to take a moment to acknowledge the power of kindness, empathy, and how important the hospitality and service industry is in the lives of those they interact with. On February 5th, my husband and I were at our wits end, due to a number of unlucky, unfortunate, and just plain stressful circumstances--both personally, and also in reference to our experience at 2 different Home 2 Suites. We were traveling over 1000 miles and across 7 states to help with an unexpected family emergency, with our dog. And when there was no one to check us in around 2:00am at the first Home 2 Suites we tried to stay at, we arrived at this Home 2 Suites (4784 US Hwy 17 Richmond Hill, GA 31324) around 3:00am. Upon arrival, Sierra was there for us to help make sure she could take care of us however possible. She truly was so kind, she could sense our stress, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The next morning when the fire alarm when off unexpectedly, (about an hour after falling asleep) Tamika was there to listen to me, and empathize with me at my emotional breaking point in a truly human way. I needed her kindness more than she knew and I hope she knows how important she is and what a difference she makes in the lives of others. We love that Home 2 suites provides access to a full fridge/freezer, has a charger for our EV, and is dog friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, it was an easily accessible location, (actually right off the highway) and I cannot sing Sierra and Tamika's praises enough!!

Tameka Gadson was wonderful. She helped fixed what was going to become really stressful. She was calm and quickly came up with a solution and gave grade A service the entire time. The rooms were clean and easily accessible. We were in town visiting The Embassy Church, so the location was perfect and had everything we needed.

I made a reservation for March 12, 2025. When my friend and I arrived, there was no reservation made by me. I had been scammed by someone. The desk clerk Tameka Gadson worked to help us get a room. We received a room before our engagement and was able to come back that night to our beautiful, clean and fully accommodating room with everything we needed. Thank God for this young lady everything turned out well. My bank returned my money.
