My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and Tenniel greeted us each time we strolled through, ensuring we had everything we needed! She went above and beyond during our stay. We tried going to the pool during maintenance and the staff was quick to look into how long it would take. They even let us know when it was all ready. A very peaceful hotel with accommodations like breakfast, laundry, gym, pool, fire pit and grill. Located in a nice tucked back, quiet area. Plenty of shopping and food places right down the street. No need to travel far unless sight seeing. Would love to come back to this hotel.

My stay here was great.
Rooms were spacious, clean and the view as well.

The day we reached we were exhausted, the front desk associate Tenniel was very pleasant and made our check in pleasant but checkout was not pleasant, we have informed other front desk associate that we will be checking out late and she said it's fine but when we returned with in the time, the room lock didn't work so I have to rush to get my card activated.

Friendly staff, clean environment, rooms are upgraded! The front desk receptionist Tenniel was very helpful and friendly. She always has a great attitude and welcomes me everytime i come back in the hotel. The room is very nice and spacious. Definitely recommended!!

I'm going to start off with positives first before I do anything else. The only reason I am not giving a one star is because of Tanniel. That lady, if she is not manager level, she needs to be asap. She constantly greeted us with such warm feeling. She was incredibly kind and friendly. She made everything so personable and whenever we needed something she was super kind and quick. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air.

Another plus was that the breakfast food, not bad at all. They had waffles and bagels/toast every day. And then the hot items were different every day and they were pretty good for most part and having the option to switch up breakfast options each morning was really nice.

Now sadly, onto the negative. We arrived super late due to our plane being delayed. We had already paid in full prior to arrival. When we arrive we are told we have to pay $50 per night (and for us that was $350 out of pocket we had to pay) for "just in case damages happen" and it'll get returned after check out. We were like what? No one told us anything about that at all, and the guys only response was "sorry it's policy" and even though by the time we got up to our room it was like 10 minutes to midnight, we still had to pay $50 for that which is just absolutely mind blowing. They say it's in policy...sorry folks...their policies are listed on their website and it says absolutely nothing about a "just in case damages happen". Absolutely nothing listed.

They also charge you $12 a day for parking because the parking lot doesn't belong to them, so instead of fluctuating the room prices, they just make the residents pay more. And the funny thing about it all is, is they make you pay for parking but have signs all in the parking lot saying you basically park at your own risk and assume all risk? So its like if I'm parking at my own risk, why on earth am I paying you for parking?

You want decent wifi? Unless you decide to give them information to "become a member" you will get "meh" quality of wifi. If you don't become a member and are there for longer than 7 days? They will charge you $4.95 a day.

They are seriously insanely money hungry and it's ridiculous.

The two other girls, Kayleigh and the other girl (can't remember her name, but they look similar) those two are in the wrong line of work. Everytime we saw them, the looks on their faces seemed like just didn't want to be bothered and that they hated their jobs. No smiles, no friendly gestures, nothing. We called the front desk Friday (4-11-2025) evening to complain about the people above us, because it sounded like a damn stampede for hours on end. And the girl working, her response wasn't "oh I'm sorry about that let me get that taken care of" it was a sigh and her saying "okay, well let me see if they will keep it down" and she was like annoyed because she had to work or something. Only to call our room back and say she allegedly spoke to them (I don't think she did because the people above us kept at it for another hour or two) and asked us if we wanted to be moved? Like why would we have to be moved because someone else is causing a disturbance? She had no remorse or anything?

There was a room a couple doors down who's dog constantly kept barking. And nothing was done. It was all super stressful.

If you prefer firmer beds....don't go here, the beds are beyond soft, you sit and you sink into them. The pillows are even worse. Might as well sleep without them. We couldn't wait to get back home to our own stuff.

They have a huge sign in their lobby basically saying they strive for greatness and if you are not happy with your stay, then the night is on them....such a lie. That's just a sign to make upper management happy.

They just want your money folks.

And give Tanniel a raise or a promotion, she was the only incredible worker there. And she is the only reason I gave a 2 star for this review. More of your workers need to take point from her.

Tenniel was super kind and helpful. Safe place to stay outside of Portland. And the staff and Tenniel made having a business meeting here very smooth. Rooms are high-end with big beds and kitchenware. Pool closes at 10pm. I wish the pool was open till 11:30. Then it would be perfect but I get it because no one else was using it.

Here for a volleyball tournament. Team loved the pool. Daniel the Asst. Manager went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Hilton you are lucky to have this guy.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is really close to just about any resource you might need, be it restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and other entertainment.
