Room had the ac turned on when I arrived (in the middle of winter). Other than the room being at 60 degrees — it was quite nice. No frills, no restaurant, but clean and close to the airport. The shuttle driver was also quite rude with short snippy answers when I had questions about which terminal to go to.

The bed is comfy, the pillows are amazing (I'm a pillow snob and usually bring my own)
Staff is so helpful and friendly. The room is very nice, fridge, dishwasher, convenient.

I traveled to Phoenix for a work activity and opted to stay here based on past experiences. It's a few miles from the airport which makes departing pretty easy. It's only about 5 mi from my work location on Baseline Rd, so traffic isn't brutal in the morning.

You can get anywhere from here, but nearby food options are very limited. The area north of the hotel seems like it could be a little dicey if you're just out for a walk, but the area around the hotel is clean. The hotel seems relatively new and is well maintained. The beds are a little soft for my taste. The rooms are typical Home 2 Suites adorned and served my purpose well.

We a great room. Fully stocked kitchenette with flatware and dishes. Apartment size fridge and a hot plate was available upon request. The location was spot on for us especially since we were minutes away the airport. I gave the room 4 ⭐️ because in my opinion the carpet needed replacing.

The rooms are modern and clean. The staff especially Christopher, are trust worthy and have integrity.
Christopher found about 800 of my things removed and left beside my truck from a homeless person who got in and took my jacket but left almost a 1,000 dollars of equipment on the ground beside my truck and the door open.
Christopher put my stuff back and shut my door.
This place would get 5 stars.
But, they do not offer free laundry services.
They do not offer any nightly free dinners and or social hours like many other places do.

Awesome hotel! Front desk(Talise) was super friendly in picking me up at the airport and checking me into the hotel. Both drivers were also very engaging! Fantastic Team!

I needed a hotel close to the Celebrity Theater in Phoenix for one night recently and found this by recommendation from American Express. Conveniently located off the freeway with ample parking and a quiet, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful and a hot breakfast was included in the room rate. All king beds for this 3-year old facility, spacious room with galley kitchen, desk and small sofa. I believe the sofa also turned out into another bed. The room rate was reasonable for such an accomodation. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Pet friendly, pool and gym.
