We love bringing our 2 girls here. The indoor pool means even in the winter we can swim and play. The rooms are clean and bright. And with the kitchenette in room we can bring back leftovers and snacks and actually eat them later on. So convenient! Such a nice stay every time.

Our room had broken dishwasher, kitchen sink would only drain if you ran the Garbage disposal, every time you shower the water does not drain why you are showering, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was so low the entire time you could barely brush your teeth or wash your hands, when we went to close the shade the first night we arrived to go to bed the shade fell completely down and the top metal cover fell off cutting the girls arm we called down to let front desk know and was told they would send someone up to repair it little later phone rang and she said the person was on way to fix it nobody ever showed up to repair the shade. A group of us went out for frozen yogurt and upon returning wheh we was walking inside we was laughing and the lady at the desk completely stopped helping her line of guest and very rudely said it's after quiet hours it starts at 11. We apologized to her and went on to our rooms. The time was 1057 when this occured. We understand quiet hours but we was not being extremely loud and the way she handled this so rudely was uncalled for. For the price it cost to stay here the hotel needs to be maintained better!

I've been staying at Hilton hotels for over 20 years for business; this was by far the worst Hilton brand hotel that I ever stayed in. The front desk staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional in their behavior towards me on multiple days. I reported this disrespect and unprofessional behavior to the hotel general manager, Shelly McKenzie. My complaint was totally disregarded and the manager simply made excuses for the behavior. If you are staying in the Oklahoma City area, I would highly recommend using a different hotel, that values customer service.

We were greeted by Krista at the reception desk, and she took care of our check-in. When she realized we had booked our hotel reservation through a third party, she mentioned we wouldn't earn Hilton Honors points. She took care of our cancelation and rebooked our two week hotel stay. Upon entering the very spacious corner room on the top floor, we noticed several light switches not working. We managed with the other lights so I didn't notify the staff about the other lights not working. The shower seemed like it needed a good cleaning and caulking around the base of the shower. After relaxing on the couch, I noticed what smelled like a dog. When I got into bed, I smelled the same dog smell on the bed. The sheets also didn't look like they were switched out. The next day, I spoke with the night manager, Amber, and she promptly moved us to another room. This room smelled like coffee. We were tired after moving everything we unpacked the day before. Relaxing on the couch, I noticed the stench of the dog again. I was too tired to move again, so I stayed. When the AC was on, the room smelled like a dog. I realized they were a pet-friendly hotel. After 5 days, our room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Krista was kind enough to bring me towels and garbage bag liners to replace the trash cans. One of the face towels had facial hair all over it, and the body towel had large yellow stains. After 10 days, housekeeping finally cleaned our room, but the floor still hadn't been sweeped and the floor was so sticky. Two days later, I saw some housekeepers cleaning the room and was hopeful our room was next. Not a chance. Day 12, and we still didn't have housecleaning service in our room despite numerous requests. Krista finally came, and she brought some towels, soap, dish towels, and garbage bags. This hotel will also go under renivations for the next two years to freshen up the furniture. Might I suggest keeping all dogs on the same floor for those customers with dog allergies? The front desk staff were nice. I will stay at another hotel the next time we visit because I don't want to stay in a hotel under construction.

There was a miscommunication when I booked our rooms, but Amber took amazing care of us and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable! The rooms are nice, although no bathtub. And they smell clean and have all the amenities. Even a big fridge! Not full size but close! Coffee mugs, bowls, all nice quality, and a dish washer! I would totally stay again!

We generally like to stay at Home2 Suites because we love the layout of the rooms due to all of the extra spaces to put things. This one however is struggling. We booked for 2 nights. Morning #1 there was no hot water to shower. It was barely warm. We will see what tomorrow morning brings. They do not have sufficient wash cloths for guests. At least 3 rooms didn’t have enough, we only got one and they didn’t have more when we ask, but they were washing some! The front desk is not manned regularly and you have to wait 10-15 minutes at least at times. The day after we checked in our room cards quit working and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to return to the front desk to fix them. The tv needs replaced it has a black line running down the screen. They do not provide hairdryers. We checked what they offered for breakfast and we chose to eat elsewhere. Most of the front desk staff was pleasant when they were there.
