I stayed for a week while visiting family in the hospital. The rooms were very clean, the service was very quick to accommodate us with more towels, pillows, and blankets. The breakfast was super good! There were a lot of options for breakfast; including make your own breakfast sandwiches, waffles, chicken, fruit, and more! The rooms are also very affordable and the staff is super friendly! I was able to bring my cane corso and he made a lot of friends, everybody was very welcoming!

I rarely write reviews, but the devastating experience I endured at this Home2 Suites demands to be shared. It wasn't just a bad hotel stay; it was a profound betrayal of trust, leaving me feeling humiliated, stranded, and deeply shaken.
Weeks before my arrival, I called this Home2 Suites specifically to confirm their pet policy. I have two Great Danes, gentle giants who are my family. I meticulously verified their weight, ensuring they met the hotel's criteria. I spoke directly with staff who, after consulting with their manager, unequivocally approved my reservation with both dogs. This wasn't a casual inquiry; it was a crucial detail upon which my entire trip hinged.
Upon arrival, I was informed that my room wasn’t ready, which was understandable. I patiently waited outside with my dogs, trusting that everything was in order. Then, the unthinkable happened. Out of nowhere, the front desk staff abruptly reversed their previous confirmation, coldly informing me that my dogs were not permitted. The rug was pulled out from under me. The explicit approval I had received, the careful planning I had undertaken, was all rendered meaningless with a dismissive wave of the hand.
The situation escalated from bad to utterly appalling. Not only was I now stranded with my dogs, but the hotel compounded their egregious error by falsely claiming I was a “no-show.” This preposterous accusation was delivered with shocking rudeness, culminating in the threat of police intervention and the dispatch of security to escort me off the property. I was being cooperative, simply waiting for an Uber to find alternative accommodations, yet I was treated like a criminal. The humiliation was unbearable.
This wasn't just about finding a new hotel; it was about the shattering of trust. It was about being treated with utter disregard and a complete lack of empathy. It was about the emotional distress of having my beloved dogs subjected to this stressful and confusing ordeal. What was meant to be a relaxing five-day stay turned into a nightmare.
We ultimately found refuge at the Wyndham Grand, where we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and compassion. They understood the importance of treating guests with respect and dignity, a stark contrast to the appalling treatment we received at Home2 Suites.
The manager at Home2 Suites offered a paltry 5,000 points as compensation. This gesture felt like a hollow insult in the face of the emotional distress and logistical nightmare they created. This experience has irrevocably damaged my perception of Home2 Suites and the Hilton brand as a whole. I will never again set foot in a Home2 Suites or Hilton property. This wasn't just a bad stay; it was a deeply hurtful experience that I will not soon forget. This review is not about seeking further compensation; it's a desperate plea to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same devastating betrayal.

Ok, some of little amenities weren’t available. Water bottle fountain, working water cooler in fitness room, no body lotion, but it was 5 mins from my project and a Whattaburger!

This brand, new hotel tries harder. Where it fails is the paper, thin walls between the rooms I could hear a wine bottle being opened in the room next-door very noisy at night with drunken guests. The room was very well appointed for an extended stay, including a dishwasher, if you plan to stay for a long time, ask for a ground floor room at the end of the hall

Service os top notch. Rooms are clean and have full kitchen. Big comfy rooms. Breakfast is passable but i like real eggs. They do have bananas and apples. Gym is pretty stocked with dumbells bench elipticle bikes etc. Near alot of places to eat and next to planet fitness

I found the staff to be courteous, however they may not have the resources to properly maintain the property. There are 2 computer workstations in the lobby, one wouldn’t boot up and the other could not reach the printer. The front desk did print what I needed after I e-mailed the file to them.
I reported on my first day that the LAN port in my room was not working and the floor in the kitchenette and bathroom was sticky. Neither problem was solved by hotel staff. House keeping did come and clean, but just misted the floor with a cleaning spray and went over it with a terry cloth type wiping mop. It was still sticky, so I bought a sponge mop and used a garbage pail as a bucket to clean it. The mop water was brown when I finished and the floor was no longer sticky. Hallway carpets were visibly dirty, in need of a through scrub.
The ice machine on the 5th floor was out of service, fourth floor had ice, but the machine was leaking on the floor.
Breakfast was okay, not great but good enough with a variety of choices.

The carpet was movie theater sticky and so was the tile. There wasn't an ice bucket and when I asked for one they said they don't have any and would have to go next door to the Tru hotel and get one. I am not normally a complainer but sticky is disgusting. My company purchased this room for me so I couldn't go to another hotel and they didn't have another room for me to change to since they were booked. Often there is not anyone at the front desk so you end up waiting, which if it was vacation I probably wouldn't care, but when here on business it is not okay. Will not be staying here again.

To begin, let me explain that OKC is not a super large city. This hotel is 15 minutes from the main airport via highway, or 20 minutes straight up Meridian (although there are 15+ stoplights.

So you are 15-20 minutes away from everything. Being between NW Expressway and 63rd street, there are several options for travel.

I stayed there for 6 solid weeks, and yes the lights went out during a storm for a whole day. I was there. Hey, it was a nasty storm and the transformer on the road blew out. It took the power company all night to fix it, but the staff was awesome! They even handed out flashlights, and the hotel next door let us get breakfast. Great people!

Did I mention the staff? So nice and helpful! Don’t remember their names, but the bee lady makes the best coffee. (Not going to share her secret 😉) The rooms were cleaned regularly, hotel was nice and clean and smelled good. And the area is mostly zombie free! I felt very safe there… the MOST important thing!!

Many businesses and restaurants to walk to which is helpful for a long stay. And the gym was great, although one of the treadmills is broken because it needs a new plug put on the cord. The elliptical worked great, and they have dumbbells from 5lb to 75lbs in pairs, and in really good shape.

I will definitely stay there again when I get back. They made me feel very welcome. Thanks guys!
